Absolutely terrible experience with GRKC.

I placed an order 27/11/2025 and paid in full, only to be told afterward that the item I bought (PF V2 Low “Onyx”) is no longer available. Mind that now it’s April 2026 . Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to push me into choosing a different product I never asked for.

I clearly requested a full refund — which is the bare minimum in this situation — and since then they have completely ignored my emails.

Taking a customer’s money and then going silent when a refund is requested is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

At this point, this feels like they are deliberately avoiding issuing refunds.

If you’re thinking of ordering from GRKC, be warned: poor communication, no accountability, and serious issues when it comes to refunds.

I placed an order in March 2025. After 1-2 months of no updates, I reached out to them and they acknowledged delays and offered options. I agreed to wait because they said they were having warehouse issues. When I later requested a refund in October 2025 as it seems like this order was not going to be fulfilled, they ghosted me and never responded. The order was never shipped and I never received a refund.

1/29/26 Update: They reached out to me on 1/14 after this review. I responded to them the same day, and followed up again 1/25/26. Both times they have not responded LOL. What a joke.

Scam, Scam ,Scam

I bought two pairs of shoes in October. The website stated that the delivery time would be up to two weeks. After the third week, I sent an email to find out what was going on, but I received no reply. I then sent more emails and never got an answer. In the past, everything with GRKC worked perfectly and I always received my orders, but they are probably almost bankrupt now and are trying to squeeze out the last few cents. What a shame!

I’ve been a customer for 3 years and never had any issues until now. My latest order has been pending for nearly 3 months. The company kept giving excuses about warehouse and delivery problems. They even mentioned I might receive a partial refund, but after I asked for a clear timeline for the refund and shipping details for the remaining items, they stopped responding completely. I have already contacted my bank and escalated the matter to the appropriate authorities.

Ordered 3 items from them months ago, and only received one item. I inquired and there has been a back and forth since March!! where they’ve given me excuses about warehouses and shipping and supplier issues. I have not heard from them in 4 weeks and it is now too late for me to even dispute the payment with the bank. Naively, I trusted these excuses because I did receive one item, and I love it and the other clothing on their site, but their misinformation and what seem like lies have gotten too much.

Following this, they reached out to me telling me they were on track to resume operations in early September. It’s late October and they have gone radio silent again. So upsetting.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will have your money wasted if you spend it here because they do not ship to you. Bought a top in beginning of may and a month later I emailed them again thinking they were just late, and they replied that It's still being processed. Now its july and still havent gotten it. There is a reason why they only have one five star review and it's no wonder. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED IF U BUY

I ordered a jacket a couple weeks ago and i still have not gotten a email for them shipping it, I have also emailed their support email address and still have not gotten an answer, I really wanted this jacket because it was a gift or someone.

Order a size up on the tank tops—they shrink quite a lot. I assume a small size would've worked for me out of the box, but I got a medium and it fits me perfectly after a wash. Quality is about as you'd expect for the price from any independent store like this, that is, decent but not exceptional. My order was delivered ~2 weeks later than expected, but support was very nice and responsive.

My order arrived fast and the quality is amazing. They could easily charge double the price for this.

Not sure what the other reviews are about because support responded quick to me.

I will definitely be ordering again when they restock

I ordered on 20 October, I emailed them and they said they were out of stock. As soon as they had my shoes in they would ship them. That was on 6 November. It is 7 December now and still have not received anything. I hope they can refund my money.

Ordered pants of this store, which looked not as the given picture on their website. The material feels quite cheap. If u want to order smth of their shop make sure u read the return policy. I also had to wait 21 days so they could get my order ready to be shipped. I don't recommend this shop.
