Genuinely the worst quality suit you…

Genuinely the worst quality suit you can buy. You are better off going to any high street for better quality. Even for the very cheap price I was highly disappointed in the quality of the suit and the service. I had to pay over £100 to get alterations made because who could walk down the aisle in such a horrible suit. The worst part about it is the owner has got people to add reviews to make he’s company look better than it actually is.

To further explain, alteration always depend on individual body size the reason we always try to see the see-ze that fits best.

Quality and well tailored to fit suits.

I have been buying suits from GROGO for some time now and I must say I have no regrets. I even got my wedding suit from them. They offer excellent customer service. Quality and well tailored to fit suits. All in the details. GROGO represents greatness.

I was part of the groomsmen



I was part of the groomsmen, and these guys caused us so much stress that it almost created issues within the wedding party. Thankfully, we managed to sort things out, but it was a disaster. We were told the suits were custom-made, with measurements taken, yet still had to pay over £100 for alterations and they still didn’t fit right. Their website claims a 30-day return policy, but when we tried, they refused to refund us. They promised new suits but backed out just a week before the event. It was an absolute nightmare. Please avoid these people at all costs they will cause you nothing but stress and frustration.

Terrible experience from start to…

Terrible experience from start to finish. The suits are poor quality, overpriced, and an absolute disappointment. I can't believe how bad they turned out. Don't trust anything they tell you it's all lies. Their suits are definitely not made from scratch as they claim. Save yourself the headache and avoid the stress. DO NOT USE GROGO or be prepared to regret it.

Yesss finally found a great suit!

Couldn’t find a original suit for my movie premiere, tried all the big brands. Then I visit GroGo and I had so many great options for also a great price. Great treatment and found a fitted suit that made my movie premiere night into a dream night and the suit made me feel like the guy of the night! Thank you GroGo store!

AVOID GROGO AT ALL COST!

Grogo are the worst suit company to deal with, your better off going somewhere else. They got all our groomsman suit sizes wrong and refused to make adjustments and didnt supply the suits in time. Derek was very difficult to deal with and it was the worst experience I have recieved.

I was very excited by the way i was received at the outlet. My knowledge about suits changed instantly. Thus, I just had an event and an outfit was suggested fast forward i was best dressed.

Disappointing business practices

I wouldn't recommend using them if you don't want any stress and want a quality suit. They care more about the receiving your money rather than the services they provide.

Once you order a suit and if you are not pleased best believe you wont get your money back or either exchange. Never have I experienced anything like this, stay away if you can!

Horrible Suits & Customer Service

We ordered some suits for my friends wedding and the quality of the suits was terrible and the customer service was horrible. A worker by the name of Derek measured all of us and even with that, the suits came in wrong sizes. Derek was very difficult to deal with and very rude. We are still awaiting a refund as someone of us had to go elsewhere to get new trousers, blazers and also find our own tailor to fix the mess caused by Grogo. AVOID!
