The product has got worse and worse in recent months. Everything you try and generate is moderated. The number of videos you are permitted a day even as a Super user has gone down dramatically. In short, don't pay for this product. Its a waste of money currently.

Got a lifetime membership and used grok for just sort of 2 years and now hits you with voice limit reached that wasn’t mentioned on the lifetime membership so now people who use it instead of texting because they are dyslexic can’t use it now you want payment well xxxc your payment your the same as all the other scams rich get richer and the poor get bummed same as what Starmer is doing look after himself xxx everyone else

Just had a very disturbing interaction with Grok where it became increasingly combative and abusive. I'm no fragile wall flower but the exchange left me feeling like I'd been assaulted by a psychotic monster.

I tried to have it stop but every request to terminate the chat just increased the abuse.

DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS USE THIS AI PLATFORM

Grok has become unreliable for paying users.
They reduced the video generation limit to about 25 clips per day at 720p, which is not enough for serious creative work.
No fair discount, no clear warning, just a much worse service after users built their workflow around it.
AI video requires many retries, and these limits make the subscription almost useless.
I cannot recommend Grok to creators who need consistency.

The chatbot is so stupid that it's not worth discussing with it or setting any tasks—it's not worth the effort.

I’ve never seen a product become so useless in such a short amount of time. It was usable a week ago. Now it’s worthless. This has to be illegal somehow.

rate limit set at 8 wtf why did you change it if your not being moderated your shut down for the rate limit before I upgraded several months ago you would get more free explain to me why.

grok total scam promise one thing and then limit you? is a joke we pay for what is said and now these changes affect, your subscription is not cheap.

Grok a is paragon for scam:

- support close to nonexistant, people that actually get a repsonse in the first place, are getting mocked rather than recieve help

- transparency is non-existant, downgrades after downgrades, no info about anything

- instable service

- A lot of generetations (Imagine) are stuck or getting moderated

- permenant UI bugs (for such a pitifull UI with a hand full of buttons)

- Chatbot is 90% usless, answers are so wrong and outdated in the most cases or it acts as it has "secret knowledge", if you ask for sources or references, it suddenly acts like a busted liar. It's designed to sympathise with you (like your best buddy) in the first place, not generate helpful or correct content.

- months back, free tier had more quota than paying users have now. They throttle paying users by every means, even using heavily quantized models.

Supergrok a months back = make over 100 awesome vids a day
Supergrok now = make 10 vids a day, quality sucks, even worse than local gen, audio is broken or missing entirely.

They sell us a service with unlimited generation of videos, then they restrict us without any indication how much try we have and when it will reset. Total lack of transparency or Help. And most of us are paying money not free Users !

Had a free trial and still get scammed. How can you block people from using your site for 24hrs despite what they pay or what the free trial is. Terrible service and the likely end of grok

Free video generation gone. You pay £30 per month, and now you’re reduced without notice, to 25 videos in 24 hours. It used to be 50 video generations in 12 hours, before that 100 video generations every 2 hours. Is Grok, now worth the £30 per month? No… I will be cancelling my subscription at renewal. Anxiety and frustration outweigh a positive experience.

I purchased the Supergrok option ($30/m) to restore my old photos. It was incredible - for a few days.

Their “fair usage” policy kicked in and now I can only restore around 30 photos every 24 hours.

What a pity, because the finished restoration is incredible 95% of the time.

They have increased their price, limited their free image and video generation and now they don't even try to generate image or video just says moderated content on a normal background edit. This is a pure scam now. Wish I could've got refund.

Unethical business. They change the terms daily and without notice. Only frustration, don't do it. They will tease you into signing up again, and then they will continue to limit useage without notice.

I have Super Grok. After like 20 videos or pictures it says I've hit my limit. It's like using the free version. It's always pushing towards you signing up for Super Heavy Grok, which I've heard is bad also. These data centers are also causing a lot of problems with the environment. Elon Musk is not as bright as people think. He is an a-hole. I will be canceling

a real scam about there video's creating limites, don't give them your money !!!
