Saw a product online and decided to give it a go. First I had problems with ordering the thing and then massive problems with the delivery which was postponed many times and no response from the seller. Product arrived and I was actually happy with it's appearance however it felt a bit cheap. Blades provided lasted for about couple of months and we're not used much tbh. I ordered another blade which delivery was as well misleading and still a awaiting its arrival. Shocking! I went to competition for the purchase of shaver which looks way better, works better, feels better and it's cheaper. Well, if someone asked if I could recommend this product I will say no. Stay away - it's not with the money and hassle with purchase and delivery...

I have cancelled my subscription with them, and they still went ahead and place the order, I contacted them and ask for the order to be cancelled, they refused. Groom here is a Chinese company operating in france, avoid them or you will end like me, out of pocket.

Iv had 2 now and both don’t last very long says 100% but goes down to 0 in about a minute I’ve hat to replace the razor heads aswell so not all that impressed with this so be careful people.

The head shave is not as quick and easy or as close as advertised, I tried pre cutting the hair very short as recommended but still was not as close as said it would be , I tried with shaving cream and wet but still not close ,would not recommend

Groom here is great I've got both the 2.0 and the 3.0 shaver and both are exceptionally good performers. Used wet or dry it leaves a smooth finish and for ladies it is so gentle while grooming bikini area. Would highly recommend. Great product. Great customer service and delivery is quick and customer has information on delivery details

I bought the 3.0 trim pod and at the time of ordering checked as best I could to ensure that I had not signed up to unwanted subscription's. However I received a further charge later and goods I did not order or want. I will stick to ordering from Amazon in future as I never have this experience when I order through them.

I did not subscribe to anything after buying womens shave kit. It doesnt shave well and then they took 19.94 from my credit card this month, without consent. Complained via email, you get a reply with a video explaining how to cancel the so called subscription. It doesn't work, won't let you remove your card details or cancel anything. Reported as fraud to credit card company. They are applying for a refund and have blocked them. Don't use its a con.

When my Rotary shaver Head had broken which ment I couldn’t change or use any of the various attachments .

I emailed customer service after sharing order number , proof a purchase a replacement has been sent . No questions asked . Excellent customer service . I would highly recommend !

They dont care about anything you say.. poor, poor after sales service.
I will be cancelling my subscription immediately.

With summer on the horizon i thought I'd try this and had high hopes for it and a simple solution for baby smooth skin. Sadly im disappointed. While it seems quick, easy and practical, it doesnt give a close shave at all. It looks like im hair free and smooth but to the touch its nothing like it and i find, in order to be smooth, i need to resort to the old fashioned razor blade which pretty much defeats the purpose of me buying it. The trimmer is decent but again, even with the smaller head im having to go in with another razor. Yeah..... doesnt do what it says it does. Sorry!

When viewing advert it shows a man running razor over his head with about a weeks growth. Miraculously the hair is shaved in 1 swipe! Reality it pulls the hair & takes several passes. Complained & was told i needed to use the clipper 1st. Awful shaver & even worse customer service

I have had various head shavers over the years but this is one of the best I use mine every two days and it's so easy to use fits in the hand comfortably and leaves a really nice finish. I always use a pre shave oil and I think this helps. It is also so easy to clean with the magnetic head l would clean after every shave.

I have only tried using this once so far. But I am happy with the results

Customer service is terrible. They respond to your emails saying you don’t reply. Their product is faulty that’s the reason!! Do not buy from them!!!
