Ordered (and paid for) a kit a month ago and they just never sent it. I've reached out twice (through the form on their website I think and by email) and still haven't heard anything from them. So, yeah, this is a scam. Buyer beware!
I ordered this to help my son with learning and writing and ABC’s , etc I was charged and no product received. I reached out to customer service and the response was did you check with your neighbor or the post office and when I said yes and I don’t have it and the post office and neighbors do not either I ordered and paid for product and the response was a screenshot it was delivered. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will also contact the proper authorities to report scam as well.
I have sent numerous mails to the help desk both through their web site and regular mail but receiving no responce or support whatsoever to my questions.
I purpously ordered their book on the UK platform because l wanted the books to be in ENGLISH instead l received them in italian - place where l live. I sent an email to make sure they were in the requested language. No customer service. I wish l had read the comments before :(

Customer services are a joke they completely ignore you once they have your money they’re not interested in helping you or responding to the many messages requesting help to return an incorrect order for a refund they don’t send return labels and you won’t be refunded either most likely a scam company that I saw on a Facebook ad overcharging products that are much much cheaper on Amazon expensive lesson learned.
