Good company good product
GrooveHQ is essential to our operations. Collaborating on tickets is easy. The basics are all we need and it does all of them very well. GrooveHQ's customer service is excellent.

The knowledge base is fantastic right out of the box which is extremely uncommon.
Groove has clearly been built by a team who's used a lot of customer support platforms in the past and has identified the short comings of them all and decided to make a platform to address them. They've done an awesome job and keep on improving in areas we didn't even know needed improvements.
On top of that, they're down to earth and have a great support team who want to make your life easier.

When they do not feel like it they simply stop responding to your tickets. We asked them about the instagram integration they have listed on the homepage and they told us ‘we do not have any yet’ … but they actively advertise with it.
But like mentioned, we are waiting 4+ weeks on a reply and they simply wont reply… kinda fraudulent

I've been using GrooveHQ for over 1 year now and I feel compelled to write this review.
When I started Groove wasn't perfect, but it was still pretty great! They had a few bugs to flush out, but they had a mobile website and desktop version that were functional.
Fast forward to one year later, they shut down the mobile website (forcing you to an iOS or Android application) that is filled with bugs and issues. You can't even open PDF or .txt attachments in the app.
The previous mobile web version would push to opening on your mobile device in another app, but not Groove.
Normally, when a company plans to offer a mobile application (iOS or Android) they keep the mobile web version running, but Groove literally killed it overnight and flooded my mobile workload with over 6 months worth of headaches. And if I don't take additional time to email support and report these bugs then nothing changes. It feels like I'm the only one using their android app.
A few weeks later, they fix the problem, but this is a waste of time. Especially if you are already paying for the service.
I believe Groove will be a useful tool in the next few years, but right now, it's a beta service that is making poor choices when it comes to new additions.
We've even spotted security bugs that raised some eyebrows over the past few months.
Please Groove, hire beta testers instead of beta testing on your customers.

Was paying for $15/agent and they have increased to $25/agent without any warning/notification or maybe they can keep their existing paying customers by waving the extra charge free. But no. I am not staying with you guys anymore.

Don't trust this website, they took money out of my bank without my authorisation, still trying to get a refund. They say you only learn by mistakes, I'm paying for mine. Leave well alone.

Amazing custom support service
Amazing custom support service, easy to use, constant new updates - improving the service.
380% price increase with little notice!
Started out as, what I thought was a great service and company - I was wrong! Having used the service for well over a year with little change in the product or service, they introduce a 'new' system.
Soon after and with a few weeks notice, completely changed their pricing structure to give us a 380% price increase to keep the same service. No way of exporting any ticket/KB information, no interest in helping and no issue with price increase like it was such a small increase. How can anyone trust a company that works like this?
They see no issue in any of this. Customer services only answer the questions they want to. Absolutely disgusted with this company and how they have treated their 'loyal' customers. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
Have moved to Zoho Desk which is much better and MUCH cheaper for many more features.
