While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. GrooveKart

GrooveKart, Groove Funnels and Groove.cm are the same company, FYI. I bought their lifetime account because it included the ability to send email and not use a separate email provider. It was supposed to be for 50,000 contacts. Their email has never worked as it was supposed to. And now they have reduced the contacts to 500 and charge $14.95 per month for more. Yes, that's correct, they are charging for a feature I and others ALREADY paid for. Also, the software as a whole has been buggy, glitchy and subpar since it was launched. And the owner, John Cornetta, keeps making Facebook videos changing his word about what he is going to give people who already paid for a specific thing. They also fired their management team in January but are doing the same things they did: breaking promises for things we already paid for. They use their Facebook group as their main form of communication but kick out and ban anyone who points out the fact that they sold us a service based on false premises and deserve a refund. Groove.cm has been reported to the FTC and the BBB.
