My experience involves coming to trust pilot prior to purchasing a specific PC case from them after desperation resulting from another stolen UPS package through Amazon but that’s another story.

You’d think with all the negative reviews they would at least have their website in order. They don’t. The item I wanted said 3 in stock, it’s a pretty large case so being off by 3 is pretty strange. I ordered the item and got nothing notifying me of shipment, just silence for a week. I finally decided to contact them and they told me they didn’t have any in stock and were waiting from suppliers. I’ve only had success buying from one German company and that was through Amazon. Don’t bother with this one.

Do not recommended to deal with. Bought a monitor from this company and it came defective and damaged. Customer service stopped communicating so had to file a claim with PayPal because there was only the way to get my money back. Be aware!

The worst experience I have ever had. The item advertised came incomplete and they've claimed that the additional items on the photo are not supposed to be part oof the product (which is very misleading). I would have bought the item much cheaper if I've known that they are not selling the full set as advertised on their product photos. After months of waiting for for the product and debating with them they've offered a refund but I'd need to deal with UK duty tax refund myself. Complete waste of time!

Rowenta iron I ordered arrived in very poor condition. Looked used, not new.

Hello. Don't order anything from this site. I order pc case on December 21 and arrive on January 10. Good, I say person already bring box I hear that something wrong. Okay, maybe it's not that bad. I open the box and was full of broken glass, scratches to plastic metal screw was lost from frame glass in the filter just no comments. I email them about that box trust me they say I will fix it. Okay fine. So I was waiting around March 1 good luck. she says this damage is still in progress. How long have to be in progress I can't return my tax what I spend. They even didn't refund me anything. total spend 310 for pc case and 58.49 tax. I think they will never give me back that amount. Even it's my right to ask for a refund.

Even one star is too much!
They are the absolute worst scalpers. They offer vinyl that you can still get for the original price and sell them for a lottt more.
They also just buy vinyl from urban outfitters just to resell them for a higher price even tho urban still has them in stock.
When you ask them about it they will simply block you. Super unfriendly!
Please make sure to check other stores and websites first!

First of all the item did not get shipped on time, it got delayed about 2-3 days every time I asked about it.
After a few push backs it was too late to receive this item so I paid a very steep premium and bought the item from high street, and asked them to cancel the order.

At this point they said the order has already shipped, and they said I am quoting here:

"We will contact you as soon as the goods have arrived and have been processed. Please note that we can only credit your purchase amount or send your replacement after having received and checked the return."

This above lie is despite having tracking (their own tracking number provided) showing the item was delivered to them 1 week ago.

Bought a set of speakers from Grooves Inc. for delivery to the UK. Absolutely no problems, excellent communications, cheapest price, and item arrived as expected.

Horrible! Ordered a single cd and last 2 months nothing has arrived and no single information. BEWARE!

Do not buy from them !!! Ordered a cable 5 weeks ago that was on stock , still did not get the order ! They do not have tracking number !!!! Won't return my money and did not get the order !!! Watch out !!!!
