I have never published a book before and probably never will again, so you could say I started in a black hole, but Julie made it so easy for me, guiding me step by step and understanding everything I asked for. What I now hold in my hands is exactly what I dreamed it would be. And she never needed telling twice! emails were always answered very promptly,
and when the job was done, I said 'Is that it?' Finished? Brilliant.

The staff are so thoughtful, supportive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The book I published was complex in terms of layout, chapter heading ink drawings, fonts and cover but all this was managed with ease, at a very reasonable cost. And the finished book looked magnificent.

What started as a self help exercise to help with my own mental health turned into a daily task to write a book to help others who have been or are going through similar journeys to us.

I am so lucky that I found Grosvenor House! Searching for a self publishing service is so tricky as most places try to scam you to make it seem like you're getting a traditional publishing contract under the guise of a 'hybrid' service. Whilst others charge you a fee that does not reflect the service they would provide.

But Grosvenor House is different. Their fees are not only very reasonable, everything is upfront and clear. No hidden charges for extras, no agenda. You need a book printed, they will do it for you.

Right from the start when I had some extra questions Jasmin was so helpful and patient.

I was then assigned Melanie who was an angel. All communications were clear, friendly and professional. Everything was answered in a very timely manner and Melanie was so patient with me. I particularly appreciated her patience being dyslexic, publishing a novel is not the easiest task.

Every step was explained clearly and I have a brilliant final product. Despite there being a bit of a glitch at one point, Melanie kept me up to date and in the loop so I didn't have to stress.

If I ever self publish again, I will certainly be using GHP. Thank you Melanie and the team for making this such a seamless journey.

Absolutely superb! There are so many horror stories out there about self publishing - I'm so pleased I found Grosvenor House.
