It really is a scam

It really is a scam. I didn't check this page before ordering unfortunately. Ordered something that was marketed as a sculpture and pictured to look 10 times its size... only for it to arrive as a 12cm ornament.

Awful.

Don’t go near this company

Don’t go near this company. They shipped an incorrect item to me and basically ignored me for over a month while I tried to rectify the issue. It wasn’t until I called them out publicly on Facebook that they responded.

It’s a shame there’s no 0/5 option.

It’s a shame there’s no 0/5 option.
This is literally a scam. The order didn’t arrive for 90+ days and once arrived was in pieces. A promised tracking number never provided. Customer service team is practically non existent. Only replied once with a generic message and ignored the rest. This should be taken off the face of the internet, avoid.

Terrible

Terrible. If I could I would rate it at zero stars. The lamp I bought does not work. Many emails later they still send a standard reply that indicates they don’t actually read the messages. I could return it or they could send a replacement part or be refunded but NOTHING!

Worst e-commerce experience I’ve had in…

Worst e-commerce experience I’ve had in many years. Ordered a david bust based on description from Instagram. Arrived late, poorly packaged and about a third of the size it was described. Customer service responded to my refund request 30 days later. No refund where there are ‘no defects’ Scam company selling scam products.

Damaged Chinese copy

I bought a Raven Light Lamp, 69 $, half price on sale. The bird arrived from China after a month and was damaged - the tip of the beak was missing. It was a cheap Chinese copy. Very disappointing. I have asked to have my money back but now customer service is not responding.
