Unsatisfactory Service

Service Did Not Align With Expectations.

We hired Groundhog Grading (GroundhogGrade.com), located in Lenoir, North Carolina, for contracted services. While the initial communication was polished and expectations were clearly discussed, the service ultimately provided did not reflect what was communicated. The overall level of customer service and execution fell short, and the experience did not meet reasonable expectations.

Anyone considering this company should be very specific and ensure all details and expectations are clearly documented in writing before proceeding.
