Wrong plug for 2nd bed sheet
I have bought 1 fitted sheet and while checking out they offered a 2nd one at a discounted price, so I thought I'd buy one for my parents (who live in South America- therefore need a different plug from the Australian one I was purchasing for me). As I couldn't specify it at check out, I sent them an email asking to please send me an Australian plug and one with the EU plug (which will fit South America socket). I got no reply. As I was worried they would not read the email, I sent another email the same day, following up, as I didn't want them to send the wrong plug. But no reply.
Today I got my delivery, and guess what? Both plugs are from Australia. Seriously upset.
Update: My order number was "Order #171479 , based on that you will have my details and email address. I dont feel safe putting it here.
Latest update: they requested photos, I sent them, and they have now sent me two EU plugs. Very surprised and happy with the outcome. Thank you trust pilot for the opportunity of putting our reviews here. It was the way I got a reply from them, and for that I am thank you. Thank you Groudning official team for stepping up to the plate and sending me the plugs.

I was offered no return shipping compensation and I saw on their website that if a customer gave a selfie review they would get a full refund. My won't compromise my integrity to get my money back this way.

No customer service!
No customer service!! Twice I have asked for status of my order. Shop is for their tracking and it just says error. I can't get any information.
They have sent daily emails for me to purchase more items, but will not respond to my question.
I am beginning to believe that this is a false website.

Love this fitted sheet
I purchased the fitted sheet from Grounding Official, as soon as I realized I chose the wrong plug, I contacted their CS immediately. It took 2 days to have them got back to me, not prompt but at least there was a feedback and took another week to hear from them that they could solve the problem for me, I got the plug I need and I am very pleased.
And most importantly, their fitted sheet works perfectly fine for me and my boyfriend, it's a fluid like feeling within your body when you lie on it, we both sleep better, feel more energetic, less pain on my back and I used to woke up midnight almost every night because of my asthma as it is a chronic inflammatory disease, but less of this occurs after I sleep on this fitted sheet.
I bought a grounding mat and the bed sheet from another company, the mat is working the same but not the bed sheet, so I thought maybe I should try to find another company and I found Grounding Official to try their fitted sheet, I'm glad I did and hopefully they will have the grounding sheet that can be used underneath my regular bedding sets, then not necessarily to wash the grounding sheet too often as you use it underneath and make it lasts longer.

After reading so many positive reviews…
After reading so many positive reviews I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order the 1st week in June and was emailed the order was sent to FEDX on 06/08. When the order didn't arrive I contacted FEDX and was told the Supplier still has the order. I tired several time to reach the The Grounding Official office but only receive a voice mail; and they've yet to return a call.

Update - after countless emails, calls they have finally refunded my credit card.
This is a followup to my previous review. Do not order from this company based on the 90 day satisfaction guarantee. You will be required to pay to return ship (contrary to what the website states) and then the package goes to a Post office box in Germany that is not monitored. My return was shipped back to me and when I reached out to customer service they use the excuse that I did not send the tracking number. They have said "they absolutely want to make this right" yet they have not responded to any of the emails when I sent the tracking. BUYER BEWARE!

Customer service stopped responding
Placed an order in April. Order # 165160. Contacted the company about returning the item because it didn't work for me. Per their website they will send a return shipping label but the customer service representative refuses to send one. They claim that I have to pay to return the item. One of the reasons I bought this item was because their web site stated they would send a return shipping label. They have stopped replying to emails and do not return phone calls.
Company has responded and have settled the issue.

I contacted them 1 week after buying and told them it stopped working I wanted an exchange they’ve dragged it out and I raised a dispute with Klarna they scamminy sent me a message asking what I would like to do after 3 month I said a replacement they forwarded to Klarna so Klarna allowed them to take last payment so they now have £130 for a blanket that doesn’t work scammers

Customer service needs improvement! US orders take a very long time!
Update - I finally received the grounding sheet today - June 10. Quality seems nice and I’ll look forward to seeing if it improves my sleep and overall health. Giving three stars because the customer service experience needs major improvement. I shouldn’t have to go on a website like this and leave a one star review in order to get answers. In addition, they should also state on their website or email customers who buy the product in the United States that it can take weeks to be delivered. For me it took 26 days! This was meant to be a gift, but that obviously didn’t work out because it was so late in getting to me.
I will update this review once I get my product…if I get the grounding sheet I ordered. I’m here on Trust Pilot because it seems that Grounding Official will respond to these reviews, and I’m so far not having any luck any other way of communicating with them.
I ordered the product (order#168433) in mid-May and the item has still not shipped. The shipping label was created on May 16, but the package has not made it to FedEx in order to be shipped. I have reached out to customer support by email twice, reached out on Instagram, and called and left message once. No one has connected with me. I just want a status update, please.

No difference felt
I received my grounding sheet and pillowcase in February 2025 and wanted to give it a good try to see if it made any difference. I was excited and hoping to finally wake up refreshed and if not pain-free pain reduced. It has now been 4 months and zero effect. Another wasted effort.

As of today, Oct 6th I still have not received a refund. My first order was on Feb 19 and the other on March 4. They received my return on April 28, 2025.

Grounding official flagged my review as they didn't think it was based on genuine experience. I verified all my information with Trust Pilot. Hopefully they will do the right thing and just refund my money.

Disappointing customer service and unresolved return
I returned a sheet to this company nearly 6 months ago. The return shipping cost me around €40 – about a third of the price of the sheet itself.
However, the package was returned to me with a note saying the recipient (Grounding Official) had refused to accept it. I contacted the company, and they apologized and said they would look into a refund.
Since then, I’ve followed up several times over the last 6 months. Each time, I received the same generic response:
“We appreciate your patience, we are looking into it.”
Over the past month, they’ve stopped replying altogether.
At this point, I’ve lost both time and money. I’m very disappointed in how they’ve handled the situation and their lack of accountability.
Update (2 month later):
After I posted this review, Grounding Official contacted me and apologized once again. They asked for some information in order to process my refund, which I sent immediately. They thanked me and said they would handle my request “as soon as possible.”
That was four weeks ago. I haven’t heard anything since, and no refund has been issued.
At this point, it feels like they are just stalling. Apologies are meaningless without action. I’ve lost money, time, and trust.

No product no communication
I've emailed the company 4 times and called once. I ordered the sheet 10 days ago and was told shipping happens within 2 business days in the confirmation email.
Product has not been shipped.
Nobody has answered any of my emails or my phone call.
Very disappointed.
This is a $200 order and I feel like it's money I just threw away. I can't get ahold of anyone to refund the product that hasn't been sent.

I placed an order with Grounding Official and received the item promptly. However, upon inspection, I was disappointed by the poor quality of the sheets. The material felt substandard and did not match the product description or images on their website.
I decided to return the item immediately and followed all proper procedures. I submitted a return request, emailed their support team, and even spoke with customer service the next business day. I used the company-provided return label, and USPS tracking confirms they received the return on April 21, 2025. The item was returned unused and in new condition.
Despite all this, I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve called customer service three times, left multiple voicemails, and sent several follow-up emails—none of which have been answered. The only reply I received was a vague message asking me to “be patient while waiting for manager approval,” which was sent weeks ago.
This delay is unacceptable. Under FTC and state consumer protection laws, refunds are expected within 7–10 business days of receiving a return. It has now been over 30 business days with no resolution.
If my refund is not issued immediately, I will be filing complaints with both the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

Sheets don’t work, sheets shock, refuse to refund
Another update: It’s been over 13 months since the defective, lied about sheets were received by Grounding Official. Every email they decide to send is a lie - whether they say the sheets are made in Germany, there is a money back guarantee, or that they will refund. Lies are all I’ve gotten from “Grace” and Grounding Official. They take advantage of people who are desperate to feel better and steal their money. It’s been 13 months. Thirteen months of them holding my money because they can.

I bought from this company after I questioned where their products were made and was assured they were made in Germany. I did NOT want something made in China. I received my package that was sent straight from China. I returned the products and they REFUSE to refund my money. I’ve now contacted my bank and they will deal with GROUNDING OFFICIAL. I wish I would have found the reviews on trustpilot before buying from them. Please do not waste your money and time dealing with this company. Oh, and I did try out the sheets and they shocked me. Below is pretty much what I get from “Grace” in every email. They received my return in November 2024 and I still haven’t received anything in May 2025.
