I suffer from a severe leg cramp…
I suffer from a severe leg cramp problem at night. I did start taking magnesium and it does help. I decided to be bold and stop taking it for a week and see what happens with the grounding sheet after I received it. I was amazed. I had no leg cramps the entire time that I tested it. Now I am excited to see what other benefits will occur as I keep using the grounding sheet. I absolutely love it. I won’t be without it.

Restless legs
I always had restless legs and felt them a bit heavy in the evening. Since I sleep in the grounding sheet this does not happen anymore. I sleep a long deep sleep and my legs are not restless anymore. This is the first thing I have noticed.

"We want to clarify that we are not scamming our customers, and all relevant information about our shipping and warehouse locations is available on our website. While we do not have a warehouse in the UK, we ship from warehouses located in the US, Australia, and Hong Kong. Please note that if an item is out of stock in the US or Australian warehouse, it may be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse"
However in a previous email the same person told me the sheet were made in China, see below her reply to my first complaint.
"Our mats and sheets are produced in our own factories in China. We oversee the entire process—from design to manufacturing—to ensure high-quality, durable grounding products while keeping them reasonably priced for our customers."
How can anyone trust this company if they contradict themselves.!!!!
Firstly this site gives the impression that they are based in Europe, but these products are made and shipped from China. I received mine today and it is so flimsy and does not look well made. I will be trying it out and will come back to let people know how it works but I am not expecting much from it. It is also nothing as wide as the picture depicts it, so all in all I would be extremely septicidal of this company

A double positive for Grounding!
This is a 'double' review! I ordered a second fitted sheet a few months ago so I can wash & dry the first. It has been so good for me, in particular at giving me a sounder, more refreshing sleep which has helped me feel better during the day and also helps with my fibromyalgia pain. So I bought another fitted sheet for my son who suffers from sinus & allergy problems & is always tired. After 1 month, he is not wakening up constantly sneezing or coughing & he is also experiencing a deeper, more energising sleep. If you sleep better, you feel better! I cannot recommend it enough! Just try it! It worked for us!

No results but Customer service is very attentive and helpful…
Customer service is very attentive and proactive, however I did not notice real improvements..so I cannot write a positive review for the product. Also, the flat sheet I hot is not a great solution in general, because it gets all creased up while sleeping. Maybe a fitted sheet would have delivered better results as staying in place even if turning side to side during sleep. Thing is you only realised it after purchase.
