My husband and I both sleep much sounder with our grounding sheet. We have the runner that we put at the bottom half of the bed. I have also bought one for my grandsons and it helps him get to sleep easier. Plus I bought one for my adult son, who said he gets a more restful sleep.

Customer service is great. I’ve used the mat for about two weeks now and cannot feel the difference. I’m now regretting my purchase. I was hoping it would help me and my husband but it has not.

Made in China...3 weeks to receive it!!
customer service is a nightmare. i left for vacation and forgot my mat so I ordered one through here figuring it would be about a week..until I found out it was made in China and it took 3 weeks to get it. I emailed Natalie constantly and all she did was give a fake apology but did nothing at all about it. I told her i was sending it back bc I bought a mat from Nooro(the quality was amazingly so much better) she told me i have to pay for return shipping! This was not my fault but yet they don't back up their awful customer service. No matter what i said, she was not budging. Don't buy from this company..they don't back up their product and they don't care!
And here with are with their reply..they are so sorry about everything and constantly giving fake apologies..I had to pay over $10 to ship it back...so sorry that they won't make good for their awful customer service!!!

I received my grounding mat a few days ago. It arrived a couple of weeks after ordering. I am hoping that after using for a while that it will help with swelling in my legs, I give the company 5 stars because I already have one of the grounding bed sheets that has helped me sleep better,

Grounding sheet
Grounding sheet - been using the sheet for a few days. I have been a notoriously bad sleeper since a very young age. So far, every time I have gone to bed I have managed to sleep for way more than just a couple of hours. Don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but so far I’m sleeping and that is so amazing for me.

Not delivered /no refund
Ordered in November..Still waiting on delivery as it was an Xmas present tracking company said they tried to deliver on Friday but no note through letterbox also we were in the house all day said next working day still nothing so not sure we will even get the groundding sheet???? This was ordered by my wife for me for Xmas and we still haven't received it .. Natalie has responded and we're still waiting so I have sent on the reference number..as yous threatened to take down my review. Update.. 13th jan so we have still not received the item it has been lost twice and my wife's been told we can't have refund till the lost item has been returned back to them .we have asked numerous times for a refund..and are getting nowhere..so buyers beware 😡
