I have had a Netflix account off this company for a few years and at first it was OK but now you have to contact customer services every two weeks (approx) for a new password and most of the time it takes at least three days to respond to you and always asks for proof you have purchased it then wait another three days to respond again all this time you cannot watch Netflix. so it seems a good deal but it is terrible now and the customer service is rubbish. BEWARE

No idea what these negative reviews are about. This is not the first service of this kind that I've used and so far I can say it's a GREAT service. Very convenient. How to use it is fairly clear.
Customers need to understand that this is extremely hard to do, and you need to be lenient with the vendor. This is not Netflix or Youtube. Adjust your expectations, please.

Bought ahrefs subscription. Kept subscribing for 1 year+.

Recently the seller started DEFRAUDING his long-term customers.
Constantly keeps suspending account access even though the payment was made.

Then I need to chat with him for 2 days while he plays a stupid dumbass pretending he doesn't know anything.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
TYPICAL filthy indian/pakistani SCAMMER!

I bought an envato elements account from them and the accound didnt work at once, I sent them an email and then I saw the bad reviews and I was very rude with them. After couple hours they answered the email and fixed my account, and said they just delayed cause in their country is night, So im so embarrassed for being rude, I just needed to wait a couple hours and they give you the account, which by the way works just perfect and they always answer your questions through chat and email. Just buy it and wait, they will give you all you need

This company is absolute a fraud. I bought Ahrefs paid 30 dollars,but you know what, only 45 minues limitation per day, 20 hours per month.

They did not tell you this limitation until you paid.

Ahrefs is not working, and not getting reply from support from last week. Don,t know what i have to do more.

I Purchased an Adspy account, and then they refunded my money saying "Don't buy from us again".

Don't know why.

sell on ahrefs agency plan. Then they change the plan to the minimum and the number of requests to 10. I do not recommend

Bought a service plan for Ahrefs. I open the chat to ask for clarifications on why it is not possible to add a project and why I have a promotional page overlapping the main features, making difficult to use the service.

Its replies: "it's disabled" "what do you want" "if you want to recall payment or leave a bad review, go ahead".
