I have ordered a parcel through AliExpress, tracked and all regular till the time that was arrived the notification that the parcel was arrived in the local carrier hands. on the 01/06/2023 received the following notification by AliExpress:
"Tentative de livraison infructueuse.
L'adresse de livraison est incorrecte. Le prestataire logistique a laissé la carte dans la boîte aux lettres du destinataire. Veuillez suivre les instructions figurant sur la carte pour contacter directement le prestataire logistique afin de confirmer comment obtenir le colis.
Contacter le transporteur 0468680919"

Tried for a 2 days to contact the number as well as sent 2 messages through their portal were was also tracked my parcel with the advice "Votre colis n'a pas pu être livré, il sera remis en livraison si possible".
No any reply received, I have sent also one message to the following email as on another website was stated that were replying. Still waiting for the reply.
AliExpress and vendor were also informed but no reply till now. Evaluation with 1 star it is already too much!

order placed on may 03, 2023 in China.
package shipped on may 04, 2023 (shipping number FRTSM000002175188HD).
arrived at local delivery may 11, 2023 and supported by the group TSM (Riversaltes in France, it's 20 km from my apartment).
delivered was made on may 30, 2023).
It is unacceptable.
