It was a smooth process
It was a smooth process. A reasonable price for an opportunity for staff members in different parts of the world to share a message with a member retiring.
The option to share the link worked well, I could monitor the progress, and it was possible to send the card on the last working day to the recipient without any issue.

I wanted to arrange a birthday card for my daughter who is travelling in USA that could be signed by all the family. My daughter was so happy to receive everybody's birthday messages. love using group cards to celebrate staff performance, its easy to use and others can contribute to signing card and contributing to a gift card, makes things very easy when team are remote workers. Love reading when the staff member has opened the card and they give me feedback about how great it was.

This was a great way to reach everyone virtually and that everyone was able to sign the card simultaneously without waiting to be routed manually through their desks.
Also, the convenience of attaching a gift card and people contributing on their own made it so much easier and created less pressure on the organizer (me).

Really easy to do, very easy to share and capture messages from people in various locations with no fear of losing the card enroute. The option of being able to print the card was also great, and appreciated by the recipient.

I asked the card to be delivered to the relevat person today at 10.00 AM.
Yu delivered the card yesterday at 10.00
As consequance, some people could not sign the card, because they had time until today.
Why the delivery time indicated was not respected?

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the delivery date of your card.
Our system logs indicate that the card was set for delivery on March 26th at 10:00 AM at the time of creation. It's possible the delivery date was altered after creation, but not saved before exiting.
Our system also shows that a delivery reminder email was sent on March 25th at 10:01 AM. We are investigating why this email may not have reached you, as it was sent through the same system as our other communications.
Our site is quite flexible and also allows creators to reopen cards after they have been sent incase they want to collect more messages.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we are committed to improving our service.

Didn’t like gift card options
I appreciated the convenience of sending a timely card from a group spread across the country. I did not like the gift card options, and didn’t have a clear understanding about it until after the card was sent.

Second time of using this app & still very impressed
This is the second time that I have used this app for a group leaving card. It's very easy to set up and use - a great tool for people who work remotely. A good choice of cards. So helpful that you can set a timer to send the card and can amend it.
I will use it again and recommend it.
