Faulty items…

I’ve been in contact with this company since 24th April and have reached out countless times, only to be repeatedly told to “wait 24 hours” with no real resolution.
The item I received was faulty, yet I was offered a partial refund of £10, which is honestly laughable and completely unacceptable.
I made it clear I wanted a full refund, but instead of resolving the issue, they just kept delaying — and I still have not received any refund.
In the end, I had to purchase the same item from another retailer who delivered quickly and without any issues — a much better experience overall.
Avoid this company. Poor customer service, constant delays, and unwilling to properly resolve a problem with a faulty item.

Great purchase of Office 24 from Groupon

Great purchase of Office 24 from Groupon. I purchased as I was getting messages from Microsoft that all of my Office products would be deactivated within weeks and I saw that installing Office 24 was a one off purchase and you didn't need to pay an annual subscription of £85 per year. Initially had problems downloading but after contacting getsoftwaredeals.com email and within an hour they gave me the details and managed to install within a couple of hours and now no deactivation messages. Super service and I highly recommend them and the Office 24 product. Superb value for money and service

MS Office 365 scam

Bought what I thought was a good deal for Microsoft Office 365, but it isn't really legal.

The seller is selling individual logons to a corporate account to anyone, if like me, you have logon issues, that's all your data gone, as nobody will support you with password resets.

This is very close to fraudulent.

My wife on Went on to groupon to get airport parking and are notplaying not playing groupons game of buying a ticket at 0.99 reduceded to 0.69 just to see how much i could save ( what i could save of upto 51% ) when i buy your ticket you get at least 10% off parking when parking is costing over £ 100

The worst Customer Service experience in my life!

If I could, I would have given zero stars.
If you ever have an issue, do not expect Customer Support to actually help you resolve it.
I booked a deal through Groupon, I contacted them to confirm the booking was indeed "live". I was assured it was because I had the email confirmation.
My wife and I travelled (at not inconsiderable expense) to the venue only to find our booking had been cancelled.
I felt it quite reasonable for Groupon to rebook the venue and issue a refund.
Despite best efforts, I hit a brick wall time after time.
In fact I fell for a supervisors underhand trick - I said I wanted a full refund and the venue rebooked by Groupon, he went ahead and rebooked the venue. When I said "and what about the refund" I was told "you can't have a refund now I have rebooked the venue"! - Quite frankly a despicable, underhand trick from a representative of a despicable, underhand business.
If you value good customer service, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR GROUPON (EVER)!

It would be zero stars if the option…

It would be zero stars if the option was there.

Groupon scammed us. We purchased a meal for 4 people for the people's pub in Scarborough. We then went to the establishment, who rejected the voucher, saying they dont use groupon, amd don't know why it was on the groupon site. We promptly contacted groupon to request a refund. They were difficult and said they were raising a complaint, they then waited months until after the voucher had expired, at this stage they emailed us to say, they reject our refund request, due to the fact that the voucher has now expired.

Thankfully banks have a fraud department, they have taken this on and the bank have refunded us. The bank also rejected groupons challenge against it, the bank also said that groupon didn't give the bank a reason for their challenge, clearly because there isn't one. Groupon are literally modern day cowboys. Scammers, everyone associated with them should be ashamed of themselves!

HAIR DEVOTION SHEFFIELD GROUPON SCAM

PURCHASED A GROUPON FOR HAIR DEVOTION SHEFFIELD. Called several times they are claiming Groupon has messed up the deals and Groupon is pretending everything is fine and refusing to give a refund. GROUPON IS A SCAM.

Save money

I recently purchased a Groupon voucher for Toby Carvery and saved a significant amount of money. I spent only £33.50 for a two-course meal for two adults and two children, which would have originally cost around £54.50. By using the voucher, I managed to save over £20.
The process was very easy:
I purchased the voucher through the app,within a few minutes, I received the voucher code,I contacted Toby Carvery and booked a table.

Everything went smoothly from there. When I arrived, I explained to the staff that I planned to use a voucher, and the experience was great. I strongly recommend checking Groupon before you visit any restaurants or attractions to see what deals are available.

Excellent service.

Excellent service.
Easy to book, very accommodating.
Relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
I have sparse eyebrows on a old face!
With gentle care and soothing products I now have defined shape and colours and no need to apply mascara to my lashes or find clumps from mascara. As I'm poorly sighted this is a great help. Completely recommend.
After care advice, explanations and further treatments discussed without feeling embarrassed to discuss beauty care I didn't know about.
Budgeting is an absolute necessity for me, the voucher helped me trial a service which I now know is worth every penny.
I'm grateful.
