Pure Relaxation

The massage was simply relaxed and incredibly soothing. The atmosphere was perfect – everything smelled wonderful with high-quality essential oils, the music was perfectly tuned, and everything felt fresh and inviting. It was so easy to unwind and enjoy the moment. After the treatment, I felt completely refreshed and full of new energy. Absolutely recommendable!

Masajistas muy profesionales, masajes fantásticos. Y son muy agradables. Los recomiendo encarecidamente.

Very professional masseures, gave fantastic massages. We enjoyed very much. And they are very nice. I highly recommend this place.

Smooth and fast…

It was easy to pay for the tickets and all the necessary information was sent without any delay. The only thing on the ‘to be improved side’ would be more information on the choices. In our case, we bought entry to the museum of illusions, and it appeared that you could chose several options of activities, which we were not aware of.

Please run away

Please run away, this place is not flexible and only cared about money. They rendeem the deal and they disappear saying that I cancelled before. But I got a justified health issue and she didn’t want to postpone the deal. No empathy or compassion. I have 2 children and I was really looking forward to use it. I cared about my health issue having an impact on the merchant. I decided to cancel but the rules are the rules … no flexibility! Ashamed!

Quick and easy to use

Quick and easy to purchase their offer. Mainly appreciated we didn't have to create account first as that usually takes lots of time.
The order was processed really fast so we were able to go immediately and enjoy the attraction.

It’s a nice spa

It’s a nice spa. It has one pool with 2 jacuzzi, but with medium temperature, not like a hot tub. It has one sauna and two showers. No ice bath, though they have ice cubes. There was another - I assume steam room - but it was closed.

Poor design for coupon purchase experience

I opened a coupom link sent by a friend bought 2 more tickets for Valencia circus but purchase was canceled and refunded without any reason

Disappointing if you want a full spa experience

It was probably my own fault since I didn't do my research, but I had expected a pool/s and sauna/s. Apparently a traditional hammam doesn't have that. After taking a shower I didn't know what to do. Lying down on a platform looking at the ceiling wasn't really meaningful for me. The massage that was included in the price was good (but I thought Turkish massage would be a bit more tough) although very short (15 min). If you like me are looking for a real spa, go to the other more "touristy" one in Malaga. I was quite disappointed and left after less than an hour.
