Very bad experience in this restaurant. I had booked a meal for one. But when I arrived. I was told no. It was for 2 people.. It was with my Groupon voucher.. Even though the place was empty.. Not 1 customer.. Very embarrassing for me... Never again will I go there again

Very bad experience with this salon since my young age I'm doing highlights in my hair but here they mess with my hair n even not an apology for their wrong doing I asked for a copper color n now my hair is multiple shade like light to dark brown n yellow. They didn't even did a proper bleach so I can get color I'm asking. At the end blow dry was catastrophic at finish not even show me the mirror to see at the back how it looks like bcos they know they messed up with my highlights I'm very disappointed on
top they asked for additional price for the length. They are rude n not hygiene at all. I don't recommend this salon. First time of my life I got such a big disappointment n not happy at all with my hair.

Hassle-free refund when something went wrong
I've been using Groupon for years, never had an issue until now, when it was impossible to reach the merchant in relation with a deal I had purchased. I contacted Customer Service to let them know, they replied very quickly and refunded the purchase without any hassle.

Groupon is not what it used to be.
I could not redeem my voucher and was told by the vendor thet they had not received payment from Groupon.
I looked for a refund. Groupon replied to my emails that they were looking into my issue but never did anything to resolve.
Groupon lied about having refunded me to my payment method.
Thankfully I paid for my voucher through PayPal and was able to raise a dispute through them.
Paypal refunded me.
To my knowledge Groupon no longer have paypal as a payment method so its unlikely that you will get your money back if you have a dispute.

Card went straight to purchase and skipped both cart and authentication. Was promised a refunded in writing due to this error and then was told not to contact my bank and finally told I wasn't getting a refund.
Be very aware of this company!
Refusing to refund me
Groupon have sold me a voucher for a company who are not who they say they are. I have sent probably 60 emails and keep getting the same auto response. They falsely advertised a service and refuse to refund me. I have provided evidence - numerous emails proving it is not the same business or location. All I want is a refund for something I cannot use. Horrible system. I don’t think any humans even work in customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is extremely unethical in my opinion. Buyer beware - if you miss the voucher expiry date the company will not refund the money, no matter the amount. For example I paid E29.60 for a restaurant voucher which was valid for 3 months - which isn't long in my opinion. I completely understand missing the expiry date is on me & that the restaurant will not honour because they would get no money from Groupon. However, it remains that Groupon have my money that I paid in good faith. They keep the money and will not refund or credit for providing absolutely nothing. I note that in the USA Groupon were taken to court and their policy changed but remains in Ireland. Legislation in relation to monetary vouchers was raised to 5 years - having vouchers that expire after 3 months without refund seems wrong. Please do not risk your money. I have tried to resolve privately with the company before posting this but they are refusing to even provide credit.

Groupon.ie looks scam, they will unlawfully make your credit account balance nil and will find excuses to justify. Obviously will never go near them again!
