No further on, They sell to you but if a problem arises you very much left without any assistance, warranty is a joke. Now no choice but to enact my consumers rights under EU law. Anybody in UK or Ireland be very aware of buying from this dreadful company, and I might add ROCA is absolutely no better , the item is a ROCA product and they also of no help.
I ordered an item and on the 4th of January.
Delivery was to be on the 8th or 9th of January.
After numerous emails I still haven’t received my order.
It’s now the 17th of January. Terrible service.
