Some complaints regarding the fees to use cards for payments. Otherwise, the ease and to set up and get signatures and organise a eGift card was so easy.

The support team has no idea how their own system works. Sent 4 emails and each time only received a one-line reply with no real information—just repeating the same answer back to your question over and over. Not helpful at all!

The platform was easy to use.
From the creation of the E card, to the collection of the money & the receipt of the money collections, all went very smoothly. I do recommend it to anyone I know.

GroupTogether made our group card so easy.
Creating a card was straightforward, all our colleagues found dropping in messages, images and GIFs easy, collaboration was fun. It was a good way to collect money for a gift and the money was paid into the bank account very quickly following the closure and withdrawal. The whole process is efficient.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t check who had completed the card in order to follow up individuals.
I also found it very difficult to print the finished card in a card format, having to cut and paste in my own document, rather than having group together do it easily.
Otherwise, it makes life easier without having to manage cash or give out individual bank details.

This was a very easy process to set up and send out the link to the card. I appreciate the varied options as well.

This service was very user friendly and was exactly what I was looking for to send a sympathy card from the group. Price is reasonable and it is sent directly to recipient. Will definitely use again!

I found it mostly great to follow but I did have a few technical issues. These were resolved by the team which was great, but it just put a little damper on the total experience for me. Other that that it was really good to use.
