The products are great but the shipping requirement is trash
The products are great. I’ve got no complaints about the actual products. The customer service is also great. Very quick and always manage to fix the problem.
It’s the companies minimum requirement I have an issue with. When I first joined (over 5 years now I think) the value was great. The minimum you needed to spend in order to ship was like $25. Completely reasonable. But it keeps going up and up and up. At this point if you’re VIP you need to spend like $40 just to ship, and if you’re not it needs to be $50. And you’ll still be paying a shipping fee.
They say they’ve raised the minimum amount to help reduce waste, but i don’t need 40-50$ worth of product. I need 25$ worth of Product. So how is me having to purchase double helping to reduce waste? It’s a joke. This is why I’m no longer a VIP member. This is also why I haven’t placed an order in a year—it’s not worth it.
If you like the Mrs. Meyers scents, just order them from the Mrs. Meyers website (or get the standard scents from target). If you want the method scents, just get those from target. A whole lot cheaper to be buy 1 or 2 products for under $10 than have to shell out $50+
The reply from Grove is incorrect that the minimum order needs to only be $29. I tried to place an order yesterday, and I was unable to ship until I had reached over $40. I haven't been able to only order $29 worth of stuff in easily over a year.

Good customer service, terrible shipping service
When I first started Grove I had no real problems. Recently there is something wrong with their shipping. It seems they make the shipping label but the item never gets shipped. The first time they told me it was lost in the mail, no big deal it was reshipped right away, the very next order it happened again. Customer service was very responsive and polite and reissued the box again right away along with a credit to my account. It's 3 days later ( email said it will go out in 24-48 hours) and the tracking number still says it has not been picked up just like the last 2 boxes.
Reading other reviews u see this is a recurring issue. I think I'm done with Grove, I can find similar products elsewhere

There was a couple of shipping issues…
There was a couple of shipping issues like a bottle leaked and I received the wrong size garbage bags and Grove was so nice and quick to fix my order that is was never even and issue.

To be honest
To be honest. I signed up because where I work offered a "try Grove and you will receive free items" I thought why not, no commitments and get free stuff...Well I have ordered every month since then and became a VIP because I like their products that much! Everything I have ordered has been exceptional! I especially like the cold water laundry soap and the walnut scrubbies. Highly recommend Grove. Quick service and fast shipping. Only problem is everyone must like the products I do, they run out fast but resupply quickly too. Thanks for making me a believer and a greener shopper.

I was so excited to find all of my favorite products all-in-one place !!! They also remind me when my products are out , and remind me when they're back in which is extremely helpful lay helpful. I have sent this is this website to all of my friends I hope they all respond. I have a roommate that always thought everything that is Good for the environment is very expensive.. She is very surprised and is using my products as well!!👍🤗

Scam membership
Please don't buy and certainly don't get the membership. Once you get in, there is literally no way out. I got my membership 4 months ago and tried canceling it 3 months ago. Surprise, you can't do it yourself and have to email customer care. I did it, they sent a link to do it, cancelled it then (4 step process and I thought I was done!). 3 months later, I get an email that "thank you for ordering these items" and $86 get deducted from my card automatically. Apparently, they didn't cancel my membership! I literally had to claim a dispute on my charge to get money back. I shouldn't have to go through all the hassles with no mistake of mine to get my own money back

They offer "freebies" for increasing your order but don't send them and then customer service is rude and not willing to resolve.
