I saw a Ohio State sweatshirt that I thought my husband would like. Ordered it in the XXL(that's what he wears) I took for ever to deliver and when I received it, it was sooooo big! When I say big I have never seen a sweatshirt that big! You could fit 3 500 pound people in it and the quality was horrible for a 68.00 shirt. There was no tag on the inside. I contacted them and was told I cant return b/c it was custom maid. It was not custom made! I ordered what was on there website I did not add anything to it. They would only give me 25% back. I highly recommend NOT ordering from this website.

If I could put zero stars,I would. I ordered a Jeff Beck quilt & received a Bruce Springsteen instead. It's been a year. No help from this company at all. All I can say is "buyer beware"! I don't even want to deal with them anymore.
Would not buy anything from them again!

I have waited since December 2019 for a quilt that was a Christmas present for my son. I have sent numerous emails and received three separate tracking numbers none of which were to my address or in my personal name. I would give a negative number but that is not an option. I I am questioning if this is a scam company or is this actually a legitimate company. I’ve already reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they stated they would send me one. This was a month ago. Still no quilt!!!! Buyer Beware.

Ordered a blanket for a graduation gift on May 9, 2020. It is not July 8 and I still haven't received it. TI used tracking number to check on it and it says order is complete. Wrong! Not complete until I get it! No response from the company yet.

Ordered an item as a retirement gift for a friend on May 10, 2020. Per Yun express tracking the item cleared customs in LA on May 23, 2020. Today is June 16, 2020 and NO item. Per one of many emails with customer service the item is being sent from LA via USPS but no tracking number provided after multiple requests.
A fun gift for a friend has turned into a nightmare.
Learned my lesson - never ordering from this company again.

I ordered a quilt on May 3rd. Shipping was expected to take 10-18 days. It is now June 11th, and the shipping company's last update was that it cleared customs in LA on May 17th. Grove provided me with a USPS tracking number, and the USPS site says "Picked Up by Shipping Partner, USPS Awaiting Item" - last day of May 20th.

I have contacted Grove repeatedly and just been giving the same tracking numbers. No one can tell me where this is, and it was a gift for my niece for her 16th birthday. She has been waiting for it. Ridiculous customer service.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I ordered my blanket back in April. Now June - no blanket... They keep blaming the virus. I told them it was a gift and because it was never delivered, I ordered a similar blanket from another company and yet even through the virus - the other company was able to deliver in time. I told them there was no excuse - not even a virus and protest for something to be delayed two months. There website promised a time frame and while I would have excused even a week late due to the pandemic - 60 days is ridiculous. I asked for a refund being that it shows it has been in California for a month, they refused. I reported them to BBB and the reports of issues on BBB website was outstanding. Many of the same things you read here and they have an F rating and they have a warning on the website about the company.
I will be contacting my credit card company and seeing what they will do for me and reporting them as fraudulent to my credit card company so they are aware and can flag them as a company.
I will also be copying and pasting BBB reviews and buyer beware warning to every friend I have on social media so they will know not to use them in the future.

These folks are the epitome of a disgusting vendor that'll be ashamed of themselves not only do they take a lot of my money it took over two months to get my product then it was the wrong product that ordered and it when I complained about it they told me to take a picture and send it to him blamed it on the coronavirus and said that they would not give me a refund they would only send me what I ordered I took weeks of back-and-forth bantering and having to get downright nasty with these people to get my money back then they wanted me to send the bad product to them and I will get 100% refund once they had it in their possession absolutely not do not trust these people do not order from these people they are disgusting human beings and should be ashamed of themselves

Ordered a blanket on May 2, 2020 and I still haven’t gotten the effing blanket!!! I email them non stop and all they can say is because of the pandemic everything is delayed. When you track the package it says it arrived in California like 2 weeks ago. I live in FL it should not take that long. I will be reporting them to the BBB and if I don’t get it by next week requesting a refund and I better get my money back ASAP!!! You people are scum !!!

I ordered my blanket April 14,2020 and still haven’t received it. And for tracking it shows it was sent out April,23,2020. And April 24,2002 was the last time. I could see anything. It’s been well over a month and still not here and they said up to 18 days. Was hoping it would be here for my birthday as it was a birthday gift from my kids
Update: finally received my blanket June 4,2020. And I love it... it’s so comfortable

I received my blanket today and I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful, and how well made it was.
Can’t wait to wash it and snuggle up in it.

I don’t know about other people’s problems but mine was a flawless transaction. Got mine exactly two weeks from the day I ordered. Well within the 10-18 day delivery window. I thought the quilt was incredible. I’m using it as an decoration more than a functional quilt so durability will not be an issue. Yes there is a strong Oder out of the bag but just wash it and you should be good to go. Would order again

All I can tell ya is it was here sooner than a package I ordered from Georgia.....

Sadly, I did my research after I ordered and started panicking about whether it was a scam. I ordered my daughter the Joker quit on April 10, 2020 and received it May 13, 2020. It comes from overseas, hence the long ship time. It looks as expected. It's a thin quilt. Not great quality, not terrible quality. It had a strong chemical odor. We put it straight in the wash on gentle cycle. No issues. My daughter likes the look of it, and that's good enough.

FINAL UPDATE
The quilts finally arrived, however, they smelled so horrible that I had to open them outside then sealed them in a bag and take them to a laundromat to wash. Sorry to say it took two washes to get that fish smell out of them, on a good note they held up well. As for the actual quilts. They are a little thin, the actual photo parts are just a large piece of white material with the graphics on it, but the quilt sewing, the backing and the edges are very nice. So all in all this could have been much better but it ended fair.

FINDINGS
- The address shows the company is located in Texas and Florida - it is located in China and that is deceiving.
- Customer service is hit or miss, email was much better than calling. Just an FYI, the folks seem to respond quicker if you are kind at first, although it can be difficult.
- If you purchase, utilize PayPal or if your credit card company has a great reputation at getting your money back. Don’t expect to do this alone when trying to get the refund.
- Processing in reality took 7 days.
- Shipping is by a horrible company, YUN Express, and it took over a month to arrive in the states.
- Your order will be required to pass US customs.
- Once in the US the package does get moved around a great deal and unfortunately YUN EXPRESS is horrible at tracking packages. The final leg of the shipping is via the US Postal system.

- NOW THE QUILT
- It seems from the reviews the quality is hit or miss so I consider myself lucky.
- The quality of the ones I purchased were not bad and the stitching was nice, only wish there was a tag or note to give directions on washing it, perm press cold water did well
- You may not get the quilt you ordered, my quilts were the wrong ones, but the bands were correct so I decided it was good enough and not worth trying to get the right ones.
- Be prepared as the quilt may smell horrible, fish on mine, but as I stated two washes later and it was fine.
- Screenshot all order details and emails, another reason they are better. PayPal is good at going after folks but evidence is your best friend.

FINAL VERDICT
Somewhere between a C and D or two stars and that is being kind and because the quilts I received are pretty nice and I have two very happy fans.
- With all of this information the final decision is yours and the order may become frustrating. Best wishes.

UPDATE, still very disappointed. It has now been almost 6 weeks and still no quilts. The address shows one Texas and one in Florida, 10 minutes from here and can assured you that is no business. The false address is deceiving. STRIKE 1. Although they are made in China, unfortunately pretty much everything is these days, I cannot comment on the actual quilts as they have not arrived. Foul ball. Contacting the companies customer service is hit or miss and that is only by email, the phone contact process is not useful. STRIKE 2. I am in no way defending this company, what they are doing in advertisement is wrong from the start. So far my biggest complaint is the process timeframe and that they use the worst shipping company out there (2 stars and horrible). I still agree with my review below because all of it is true regarding advertising and processing, although their choices for shipping is terrible, once it leaves their factory it is out of their control. The final inning will be determined by the quality, if they ever arrive. More to follow.

DECEIVING ADVERTISEMENT the quilt is coming from SHANGHAI!! Nothing on their website shows it comes via China/Shanghai. I ordered the quilts on 23 April and it took until 05 May just to get to shipping and now to see it is being shipped by a company that has a horrible reputation for delivery. The site showed a 10 to 18 day shipping, but no mention this is after the time just to get the quilts to the shipping stage, TWO WEEKS!!! So in other terms it will take another 2-3 weeks. I will never order nor will I recommend this deceiving company to anyone. I only hope the actual product is not represented by the process just to get the item, if there is a problem I will hate to see that process. DECEIVING ADVERTISEMENT!!!

All I am aware of is the blanket I ordered has not come in yet. Are they cons?

Would not give it any stars but in order to do a review there had to be a star. RIP OFF! nothing more to say. Chinese crap? Don't know. Never got the damned thing. Ordered a grateful dead blanket and it never came. Had to fight for my money back. My credit card refunded my money and went after tyek. Don't get scammed!

I DO NOT give GroveBlanket 1 star but had to, to leave a review. This is the WORST company to order from. I ordered the Cardinal blanket (twin) on 12/23/19. I have NOT received my blanket. It was a gift for my 91 yr. old mother. It is 2/25/20. I have received emails stating I gave a wrong address. I know this isn’t true. The address is nowhere near mine. It is a scam. I have been to the P.O. trying to track my package. They told me it will never be found and to request my package to be resent to my address. I did this. I have been put off through emails using poor English/grammar. I have had NOTHING .. to compensate me; neither the item I ordered nor a refund. Oh, yeah, they said they could not refund my money. Of course, not, they are scammers. I will take this further. I have given enough time for this matter to be resolved. At this point, I will put the word out that this company is NOT legit.

Never ever ever order from them. Their quilts do not cover the bed. I ordered a king and it didn't cover my queen bed and then they refused to give me a return label for their product that didn't met their specifications on their own webpage. They are also CHINA not the USA. I've been dealing with this for over 2 months and still dealing with it through my credit card company.

I ordered the Halsey Quilt cover and the design is exactly the same as in the picture. I was provided with a tracking number after purchase via email and the shipping was surprisingly fast. The blanket was a good size and the design was printed very well. I must admit the fabric does feel quite cheap and when I received the package it had A very strong odor of fish. However after a couple of washes of the product the odor was removed. Overall I honesty don't believe the blanket is worth the money they charge you for but the company isn’t the scam that many people claim it is.
