Great place to shop!

I have been with Grow Ace for a while and all my experience has been a great one. I have bought all my equipment from them and have had no problems with There Experienced Team I have dealt with. I recently had a bought 2 led 900s and so far all my plants love it. I am going to purchase 1 or 2 more of the 900s to complete one of my tents. So even with the corona virus they do there best and If I have any problems I call or text the support team and it's usually taken care of asap. I will be a long time customer because of the good quality products and great support Team.

I would never recommend to grow ways to anyone and until I get the money that was stolen from my card on July 18th and still never received package shipping information or the package I will put a horrible review every single day for the rest of my life on this website never use grow Ace unless you like being robbed

Ordered a Large grow tent during Fourth…

Ordered a Large grow tent during Fourth of July sale. Was shipped to my house across the nation through Fedex in 3 days. Was a steal even with $60 shipping. I can’t complain like the 50% of everyone else on here.

It took over one month to receive the order. I contacted GrowAce and was advised the color (black) was not available, no one had contacted me via phone and/or email due to the pandemic crisis creating lower employee base. The ironic part is that I continued to receive multiple emails from GrowAce about purchasing MORE products.. The product did arrive yesterday by FED EX- later than advised via text message and the boxes were crushed. I am glad this was not something fragile.

There is a lot of things missing from my order and i didnt got the tent room , i paid full amount one time why you guys do that and there is no one answer on my emails, its not good way to work i need the rest of my order or im gonna go to the bank so i get my money back

Terrible and Disorganized operation

Terrible and Disorganized operation. I placed an order for several items. Two came very quickly as expected. The largest and most crucial item did not ship. I was told there would be a short delay. I waited three weeks. I asked several times for updates and only received canned responses and eventual "We have your item in stock and it will ship shortly". I then noticed the item i had ordered appeared out of stock on the website (two plus weeks after my order was placed), so again I reached out to verify. They again assured me it was in stock and would ship shortly. Finally today I received an email informing me they were in fact out of stock (what a shock!) and I would have to wait nearly another month for my item. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will never be giving them my business again. I know they come up under certain search terms, but avoid at all costs. Plenty of smaller operations actually conduct business in a responsible manner.

If I had seen all these reviews before…

If I had seen all these reviews before I placed an order with GrowAce.com I would have avoided a lot of wasted time and frustration. Ordered 2 items listed as "in stock" shipping in 5 to 7 days. Waited a week nothing. Checked back on the website and saw the delays due to Covid BS 7 to 10 days. OK waited 2 weeks still nothing. Email customer service and 2 days later they respond they don't know when items will ship. I told them to cancel my order and refund my card payment. At least the credit showed up 2 days later. What a complete waste of time. GrowAce either needs to get their act together of close the doors.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I would have given 0 stars if it were an option. I placed an order on May 12, 2020 and still have not received my order.
I contacted them several times trying to get tracking but you can’t get a tracking number for something that has yet to be shipped. They are unresponsive to phone calls in which apparently is a result of Covid-19 or so they claim. I have emailed them and their response is they are processing the order. It took them less than 1 minute to process my payment yet over 4 weeks have passed and they haven’t processed my order. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order on May 15

I placed an order on May 15, 2020 for two boxes of blue nitrile gloves and they were shipped 3 weeks later and I didn't receive them until June 13th. When they arrived via Fed Ex the boxes were crushed and out of shape because they were packed in a little bag and the boxes barely fit in. I will never order anything else from them.
