This was our first order with…

This was our first order with GrowGrows. It most certainly won’t be our last. We wanted a gift suitable for a soon to be born baby. So we wanted something soft, comforting and ideal as a small token of gratitude to the mother. Delivery of our order was quick and the price and packaging was great. We are delighted with the comforter, we hope the baby enjoys it too.

Fabulous quality

I had a problem recently with my order which was due to supply issues. Unfortunately it happened in the run up to Christmas so I wasn’t sure what the situation was.
Am delighted to say that the order has now arrived and, as always, it was beautifully packaged and the quality is fabulous. The sleep bags might seem a bit on the expensive side but they are actually good value because they go up to age 2.

The item comes beautifully packed and is really lovely and soft to the touch and washes well. My son's partner is over the moon with this item which I brought for my new Granddaughter and it looks lovely on and easy to change nappies.

Bear with them

I only received a part of my order and emailed a few times with no response. When I did hear back, they were very apologetic and solved my issue straight away. I have now received what was missing from my order and all is well now. The quality of the product is amazing and so are the designs.

Lovely quality

I have ordered quite a lot from grow grows including baby grows, sleeping bags and bibs. I have not used any of the products yet as still pregnant but the quality is lovely and I love the designs. I made a large order at the end of November which was pre-order to be send out on the 4th of December, with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I was disappointed that this did not arrive and I had sent 4 emails to the company to follow up where my order was and didn’t have a response until the 3rd of January. The lack of communication was the overall issue for me as I had I known the items were delayed I wouldn’t have worried. The issue has now been resolved I have received my items and received a credit note for a future delivery.

Good product, delayed shipping but remedied well.

The products and packaging are great. The website says shipping within 24 hours and I paid for 2-3 days delivery but it took over a week for my order to be dispatched. It took a while for them to reply to my email as it was the busy run up to Christmas but when they did, they remodied the delay and upgraded my delivery to first class. It did then arrive just in time for my going away for Christmas.

They took so long to deliver almost a month. I bought the 7 pcs collectors sleep suits and got one free sleep suit for free.

I ended up getting the free gift and 6 pcs collectors sleep suits. I am missing one sleepsuit witn penguins on them. I emailed them about it and no reply. I tried to do a return and Im so frustrated with them. Requested a return label but they still haven’t replied as well.

Update:

Sleep suits were returned to them December 27. Its now January 16 and still haven’t received my money back.

We’re sorry to hear that you were frustrated with your experience, and we’d like to clarify the details of your order and refund process.

Your order contained pre-order items which were due to be dispatched 10th December. Your order was shipped on 17th December. Our founder personally apologised for the delay along with another member of the team and you were also compensated for this delay.

You received all items ordered, and when you requested a return during the Christmas period, our business was temporarily closed so our team could spend precious time with their family and friends. As soon as we returned, we provided you with a free returns link 3rd January, but you had already sent the items back independently. Once our warehouse reopened on 6th January, we promptly processed your refund on 7th January after inspecting the returned items. As explained, refunds take 5-7 working days to be completed.

Unfortunately, before this time frame had passed, you opened a chargeback with your bank, which paused the refund while the bank conducted an investigation. Despite our efforts to assist, we also received multiple messages from you that included threatening behaviour. We take our commitment to customer service seriously and aim to resolve all concerns fairly, but we cannot tolerate threats toward our team.

As this matter is now with your bank, we will await the outcome of their investigation. If you have further concerns, we are happy to assist in a respectful and constructive manner.

No one home at Growgrows I am mortified and unsatisfied I am concerned I spent close to $300 weeks ago…and have not recieved anything I ordered

I have spent close to $300 weeks ago and have recieved nothing. There’s no customer service number no real person just emails that have nothing to do with me or my problem.Blanket emails generated by an I.T. robot having nothing to do with my concern or my worry I’ve reached out every which way and have received nothing. I’m starting to believe that that it’s not even a real company.

Sadly Terrible experience poor customer service.

Order placed for Christmas Eve sleepsuit & Tiny Twirls. Order placed on the 26/11/2024 and £60 spent (me & my husband have brought hundreds and hundreds of £££ from this company). It said on the email they were preparing the order and it would be 2/3 days.
On the 6th I sent a email saying I’d not received my order and there was not long until Christmas so wasn’t much point to get the Christmas suit as she wouldn’t be wearing it after Christmas and it was expensive to be wearing for a few weeks only…..No response.
I then send another email on the 9th (they respond saying they didn’t get the email) to which I send them a copy of it. They tell me they are pre order grows and I should of received a email about this (which there was no mention of pre order on any confirmation email only Shipping method
Standard Tracked Delivery & Free Returns (Royal Mail, 2-3 Days) and when I visit track my order still nothing to mention pre order and not getting them (why would you order a Christmas suit and not receive it for Christmas it’s not like they can wear it after). I begrudgingly cancel the Christmas sleep suit and order 2 tiny twirls on the 9th this was changed and I was told this would now be sorted. We are on the 15th and I have received NOTHING! No email at all from them. I am really disappointed. On the good side for the company we have brought a lot from them and this wouldn’t be standard of this company. The grows are lovely (benefit from more girl colours and designs they’ve only just brought the one pink design out), they do fade fast and look old quick for the price when you have to wash at high temp (which as you know sometimes you have to) but overall we wait for the sales they do and when that happens we are happy with the price and service we would usually get from the grows and company. This has been a shocking experience though and I won’t be rushing to buy from the company I think for the price there is a lot more grows out there but I just liked buying from a small company but like everything it seems that small company who value customer service has over stretched and forgot about customer service.

To clarify, while there was a slight delay in shipping, your order was dispatched six days later than expected. We then upgraded your shipping to prevent any further delay and ensure your order arrived in time for Christmas as promised (which it did). We also offered compensation for the inconvenience and our founder personally reached out to you twice to resolve the matter, but unfortunately, his emails went unanswered.

We can see that you and your husband have ordered with us a couple of times in the past but have never left us a review until now when sadly something has gone wrong, which is disappointing.

Fabulous Brand!

GrowGrows are my most favourite brand of sleepsuits for my little girl. She’s been wearing them since birth and is now 13 months old and still uses them.
The double zip action is great for easy changing and turn down feet are brilliant for warmer weather and teaching her to move around. And it’s so true that the more you wash them the softer the material becomes!
GrowGrows are always helpful if you have any questions. Their packaging is robust and recyclable and they ship orders out really quickly.
My only gripe is the price but with regular sales and bundle deals you can always catch a bargain!!

We discovered GrowGrows at the baby show London 2023, where we had an opportunity to meet the lovely people. They took their time introducing the product with no pressure to buy any. In fact they advised not to, as new patterns will coming out soon.
When I received my first order, was very impressed with the attention to detail when packaging to their customer (already loved the product from the show, so no surprise there). And on the first nappy chance at night in the hospital I knew we are growing up with GrowGrows😍

The products are good but …

The products themselves are good but the transit packaging leaves much to be desired. My order arrived with the box open and the unwrapped sleepsuits about a quarter of the way out of the packaging and not in a pristine state. The company blamed the post office but the delivery service is the contractor of the company and so I feel they should take responsibility.
