Horrible experience. I purchased a botanical bolder + shipping costs to Germany for my mother's birthday in September. The shipment started much later than stated on the website and got stuck, so I never received my product.

They tried to reimburse me, but they took of the shipping costs as if it was my fault that their product didn't arrive. In the end, their payment failed.

Ever since, I have tried to contact them by phone, but no one picks up, and by email repeatedly, but no one responds. It seems I will never receive my gift not even for Christmas, and neither my money.

However the plant arrived in time, buy it was broken from its roots due to the fact that it was packed in a flat slim box(!!!). When I wrote a complaint and sent photos as proof I got an answer with an offer of a new plant which I kindly accepted. That was in August, now it's November. I guess neither a reimbursement nor a new plant will ever arrive. Not a great experience at all.

Growing Concept, a company based in the Netherlands, has failed to ship orders to Portugal worth over €200 for more than two weeks now. This delay has caused me to miss important deadlines and lose work. I’ve been dealing with anxiety due to the fact that the materials haven’t arrived, and the company is simply unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the issue. Be warned: do not buy from this company.

The biodome i ordered from Growing Concepts is the most amazing biodome i ever seen. The sad-looking plants you put in this biodome came to life in the first week. And they look so much healthier than plants growing outside of biodomes. The design of this biodome is unique and looks stylish with all my home decor products in my interior. Conclusion: The best biodome ever!!

Do not buy from them.
The product was not as described and we were extremely disappointed.
We sent the product back immediately (XXL Terrarium) and after nearly 3 weeks I am still waiting for a refund!
I have called and left emails and no one responds.
They owe me 250 euros! I hope I get it back but I am not optimistic.

I bought a botanical biodome as a gift for a good friend.

The description said that the terrarium was made of glass, but this was clearly plastic. I was very disappointed to see it when he opened the gift...

Also, it was supposed to come with "an extensive manual with explanation and useful tips", but it didn't. My friend had to watch youtube videos to figure out how to make it. It was not tough of course, but the promised manual was not there.

Fortunately, the plants were nice and seemed healthy.

All in all, my friend liked the gift a lot, but I expected to get what I paid for.

Terrible service. Took much longer to deliver than advertised.

No one answers the phone, so only via email or Instagram message.

It arrived with no bulb, even though it was confirmed in writing that bulb is included.

Moss nearly dry and infested with bugs.

Plants nearly destroyed and dead.

I paid EURO 147 for this gift and it was a major disappointment.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I love this company and concept! They literally keep growing – thinking of new designs and ideas.
Due to the delicate nature of what's inside, the package was returned twice (by the delivery company).
I got in touch with Growing Concepts and they sent a new one, no problem.
Great communication and gorgeous designs. They also make great gifts.
