Drove half hour each way to pick up my…

Drove half hour each way to pick up my order. Got there and was told they were one air duct short but would upgrade my fan to a high end model….($15 more expensive…but I paid for the ducting already, so only saved $5) Then got home to find the wrong size fan. Had to go back…another hour drive and gas to exchange and I still have to buy more duct work?
No deal here. Was going to buy my next light there but after this experience I am done with them…
