An amazing climbing frame, the children absolutely love it! There's so much to do, so many different games they can play and use their imagination. Great to see all their friends on it at the same time all playing together outside in the fresh air. Highly recommend

We have just bought the adventurer with cargo net and ninja net extras. The frame is high quality but the instructions are very poor - no written instructions, just a video and they did not explain how to add the cargo net in the position advertised. This meant we had to take lots of it apart to put it back together.

We also had to drill some of the fixings due to manufacturing problems.

Growplay acknowledged the issues with the instructions and apologised for the wasted time and money to fix parts of the frame but wouldn’t offer any money back.

A good product with a premium price tag but poor customer service.

We had to wait a while as was in back order but well worth the wait. Was easy to put together but was annoying having to refer to a video all the time, a pdf version of instructions showing what part goes where would have been far easier. Very sturdy when built, daughter loves it including the extras that we bolted on, zipline, ninja net, basketball. Very worthwhile investment and will no doubt bring many years of enjoyment.
Only marked down due to the lack of instructions not on YouTube.

This climbing frame is providing loads of fun playtime for our 5 and 7 year olds. The grown up are living it too. Half way through putting the frame together, we realised we were missing the trapeze swing, but the company sent one out within days and three in some extra monkey rings by way of compensation.
All in all, we’re very happy with this purchase and the company.
(Perhaps allow a little longer than 4 - 6 hours to put it together)

Wow unbelievable service. Brilliant quality very sturdy frame. We bought the explorer frame with all the add- ons, zip wire, ninja net, netball hoop, swing, round swing, fireman pole, monkey bridge & tarzan rope. Kids absolutely loving it. On it 24/7 with all their friends. Definitely a worthwhile investment would recommend to anyone with kids!! Best present! Only downside was its very difficult to build and hard to anchor into the ground too. Says 6-7 hours but took us more like 15 hours to set it up. But once its up its there for good. Just wish they would offer installation too. Again really happy with the quality, many hours of fun to be had.

Simple ordering process, great communication and an excellent product. Our kids love the grow bars and use them all the time. Fast response from customer support also. Very good company to deal with.

We were missing parts from the order. There are no written instructions and referring back to the video is just infuriating. Ultimately though it’s cheaply built and not stable enough. The ground screws just aren’t enough and it massively wobbles. We are going to have to set it in concrete and modify with bracing. My husband tried contacting them about the install and got back a non-answer that was just regurgitated marketing. It’s a shame because the design itself is great.

My children absolutely love their new climbing frame. The instructions were easy to follow and it is super high quality. It works for a range of ages and is a huge hit with all their friends.

Fantastic customer service and an even better product. Our monkey bar set has been the best investment for our backyard. The quality is perfect, no rust or fading after a wet winter and hot summer. The variety of bars, swings and ropes to climb make the perfect course for our 4 active kids from practicing gymnastics to chin up to ‘chilling’ on the boat swing. Watching their confidence and agility grow as they spend hours and hours outside is very special. Thankyou for such an amazing product!!

The climbing frame is absolutely fantastic - the children love it and it keeps them busy for hours on end whatever the weather! There is so much for them to do, and it really helps to develop their independence, strength, sense of adventure and fun, and they are learning to take appropriate risks. I cannot recommend this company more highly! What a brilliant design! It definitely took us quite a few hours to build it as it is heavy, but the instructions were clear and it was not complicated. Totally worth it and we are so so pleased.

Ordered the Adventurer as a Christmas gift, the ordering process was quick and easy and the delivery was fast. The communication was great with the company advising of a delay with the delivery of one component of our play set, which was sent separately shortly after. Again great communication when we reached out after putting together at Christmas to find one part required replacement. The process was quick and efficient even though it was during the Christmas/New year period. The play set itself is very sturdy and well manufactured and has already gotten lots of use. Putting it together was a little tedious so I suggest watching the full video instruction before starting to prevent having to take things apart to attach the different accessories.
Overall I would definitely recommend Growplay to anyone looking for a quality play set/monkey bars for their children.

The only real issue we had was the video instructions, some things were done incorrectly in the video but it's so minor compared to the quality of the product and the amount of joy it brings my kids!

The purchase and delivery were simple and easy. The delivery driver called me as we were not home and arranged a safe place to leave it.
My husband put the set together on Christmas Eve as a surprise gift for our children. It took several hours to construct but we had no issues.

Just put it together. Video instructions are very helpful. It really does take 4-5 hours with two people.
The kids have been on it since we put it up.
I think the nuts and bolts will need checking every now and again to make sure they don’t get loose

Purchased Growplay Adventurer for our 4 year old because it looked amazing and was the only frame that we could play on all together as a family without being concerned about weight limit. The frame itself is fantastic - we are delighted with it. Loads of fun. It has been 'tested' by everyone who has been to the house, to universal acclaim.

Assembly was pretty simple following the video(s) available. Note that we enjoy, and are pretty adept at, putting together flat pack furniture and it still took about 8h of construction in total.

Reason for 4 stars:
The packages arrived really quickly after ordering, but there was some damage to the boxes and scratching of a few pieces in transit. We purchased an additional kit of extendable feet to level the frame on the slope of our garden. There are no instructions in the box or on the website for how to fit/use these so for the moment we haven't put them in the frame at all.

The company itself are very efficient at responding to queries some of my oracle got lost then it was a failed delivery twice I then went up to collect it myself (so heavy) you need t least 3 people to help and the courier had lost it again they found it 2 days later and agreed to redelivery as I had left went twice to collect myself to no avail. Finally Xmas eve we went to assemble and there was not one instruction in the box it was a nightmare spend an HR or so googling videos and looking for pdf on assembly it's still half assembled as we gave up and will try I had disappointed kids but it's just so difficukt to assemble. My garden is slightly uneven and no it doesn't adjust to. Slanted garden unless for example Ur putting on end on grass and possible need to use a step but for just uneven ground it's wonky and tilted yes sturdy but looks awful. Seembky should not be that difficult or maybe include some instructions would be great!! I'd 9 boxes to assemble and figure out took 3 ppl and we hadn't a clue!

I spent months researching and planning and saving (yes it’s really expensive, but it’s so sturdy and great quality.)

Well worth the money, the kids are so happy and gaining confidence and strength. Even in winter getting them to come inside the house is the challenge!

Our monkey bars arrived on time and we have been enjoying using them. The video instructions were helpful for constructing them and provided a fairly accurate estimate for construction time required. One of the parts had to be recalled and customer service were very thorough in making sure I was aware of the recall. I had a couple of questions at one point and they were quick to reply to my email. Overall my experience with the company and the product has been great. The only thing I wish they would improve upon which would make me a bit more confident in the product is if they provided a weight rating for each component rather than simply a total weight rating for the entire frame. Their marketing and social media has mixed messages on whether the monkey bars and accessories are suitable for adults. It all feels quite safe and sturdy during use, however I would appreciate the reassurance of each accessory being weight tested.
