Customer service appalling

System is fine- same as any other in the market.

Customer service is awful though. No in-house communication so nothing ever gets fixed.

Just use one of the bigger ones- don’t waste money and time here.

Great system, disconnected departments

My first experience with Growthlead was good, however over time, we realized that support was not constant and their billing department has kept deducting off our account even after we closed all our accounts. I believe it will be a great offering once all the departments are speaking to each other, but until then we would not recommend their system.

This software would be great if it worked - but it doesn't

This software would be great if it worked. The inbox feature would be particularly good. Unfortunately, it is full of bugs and most features either don't work at all, only work intermittently or perform unreliably, doing unexpected things or not doing what they're supposed to.

The response from support is often to say that thousands of companies use their software, as if that makes it OK that it doesn't work.

Sometimes it takes support days to reply to messages, and very often the reply doesn't fix the problem.

It's a big shame, because this would be great software if it didn't keep failing. But as it is, it's too unreliable and the support is terrible.
