Excellent services in all ways I cant fault them, great communication rectifying any problems quickly as not to cause too much delay, fast delivery and if you want quality these have it. For the price of the furniture I ordered the quality is much better than I thought it would be and looks so much better than the pictures.
These have ticked every box for me I over the moon

Horrendous. They are using eBay protection to take money from consumers as their products are useless. I purchased a sofa for £209. Once it was delivered with a destroyed box outside my door where anyone could have grab if and go, I popenedbit once I returned, I put it together and there you go the product looks cute but doesn't match the description as there is no foam support for comfortability as they described. I contacted them and of course they didn't wanna do the return. They wanted to charge me at first place and once I contacted ebay they were willing to come for collection. Then I gave them my time and they were never able to collect at this times. Also not to forget that they now sell the same sofa for £189.🥴
After that they sneaky contacted ebay and they organised a return by themselves without me knowing(they requested the return on my behalf! Since then I was trying to organise it in a civil way with them) and expecting a woman to take to the post a 3 seater sofa. I don't even drive to put it in the car. I am still back and forth with this case, but trully people DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. BE CAREFUL as even some of their costumer service are ignorant, rude and sarcastic. They have a lot of good reviews but I doubt that they are genuine. The new ebay scandal is about how sellers pay people to leave reviews. I trusted them cos of their reviews then I had this and HOLLY in their costumer services giving me attitude! Costumer service is to service costumers. I am a maternity nurse, I help new moms and babies at the post natal. They supposed to do their job too and service the costumers following always the consumers rights act 2015 regarding the online, mail and by phone purchases. Disgusting and unprofessionals!

I recently bought an executive office chair from GRS Global and I am delighted with it.
Their service was quick and the chair was easy to assemble with clear instructions. The screws and allen key were in a little bag attached to the side of the box with a ribbon, which is so thoughtful.
My chair is the most comfortable I have ever had and this makes a big difference to my working days.

At first I was a bit worried about purchasing from eBay however my whole experience has changed. I received the bed early in the morning which I am extremely happy about so I had the rest of the day to myself. Everything from purchase to delivery has been spectacular! My son is absolutely in love with the bed, cheapest price I’ve seen, Super fast delivery, communication is 100% and the delivery and driver were fantastic! He took the product up to my flat which I am so happy about! I cannot thank your company enough. I will definitely be using you again and telling family and friends.

My transaction with GRS Global went very smoothly.
The chair that I ordered arrived on time and was even nicer than I expected. My only small niggle was not with GRS but with the courier who could only give me the day of delivery and not a rough time slot. However GRS were very helpful and managed to find out how many deliveries were in front of mine and I was able be at the property to take delivery. Received my garden furniture on time ,however there was a problem with the Table Arm ,after contacting them I had a replacement within a week with no problems.would definitely recommend them .

I bought 2 sofa beds for extra beds for family coming I needed something very quickly and I had as given a 2 day delivery after buying. It came the next day so was well happy I went to unpack them when one was damaged. It must have been damaged by courier so that isn’t the company’s fault but I needed these sofas by Wednesday and I spent a whole day messaging this place to get a new one delivered and that one picked up. I was very angry as I was being told that I couldn’t get until earliest the Friday as they needed to pick the other one up first and then when they had it they would deliver a new one. It wasn’t until speaking to another member of staff on the Tuesday who went out there way for us they said they would try there best to get a new one delivered on wed and the other one picked up at same time and I was a bit unsure if he was just paying me lip service until I got email Wednesday morning from courier delivering it so relieved and couldn’t thank them enough i would buy from them again as it wasn’t there fault the item was damaged my only fault is some staff have no customer service but others go out there way would def recommend as products did come very quick and they are very good quality for the price we paid

I had been getting back and neck pain and decided it was a problem with my mattress, ordered a new one and it got delivered even quicker than i had hoped. The communication from the person i had spoken to was excellent. The mattress was also excellent and sorted all the pain had been getting. Great experience all round.
