BEWARE!!! Fraudulent postage used and NO customer service!

I placed order with Grasoftness.com in early November 2025. The total was $26, which included $7.99 postage/shipping, they charged my credit card $32. When the package arrived at my local post office, I was notified that they used a fraudulent postage sticker and if I wanted the postage, I would need to provide $7.99 to the post office.
I contacted customer service at Grasoftness.com and they told me to go pay the postage and 'we would work it out'. I refused to pay the postage and pickup the package. Everytime I attempt to contact Grasoftness.com for a refund, they do not respond to my email. I finally turned it over to the credit card company, which refunded the amount that they charged. This company is a scam and will overcharge your card and not respond to messages. BEWARE!!!

Spammers, Scammers company

Attitude is high without having knowledge... fraud person. Always lie on weekly call. No manner of work. They are fraud and they dknt have a single professional developer.
