1 Week after ordering no update on tracking

2 separate orders were not in stock and it took me complaining about it to get them to ship an alternative. Used to ship quickly, now it takes follow-up because they don't make excepted delivery times.

I've been sent order tracking numbers that were not my order and were delivered before my actual order has even sent. seems like covering up mistakes.

Customer service tries to take care of you but it's frustrating that the same issues happen repeatedly.

I never received my refund after they made a mistake of updating the mailing without my consent to a different state. This has been going on for over a month. Please avoid doing business with this company. They are clearly scammers.

The supposedly “99% pure” n2o in the aluminum tanks with the purple wrap is bad. I ordered a single 2000g tank and it was out of stock, so they sent me 4 of the “platinum” 640g tanks instead. Towards the end of these tanks I noticed a strong bleach taste in the whipped cream, and even with a fresh tank it didn’t whip very well. A lot of reviews for the product are obviously fake as well. The 2000g tanks seem to have quality n2o in them but the 640g tanks are worthless for culinary use.

Didn’t receive my order it hasn’t even been shipped, no updates whatsoever and it’s been a week. $130 for nothing? I contacted customer service to cancel the order and get a refund but even then nothing has been updated.

My order still hasn't shipped and the expected delivery date was April 27 to May 1, status email updates should be provided if timelines change.

I see I wasn't the only one to leave a bad review over the last week or so. And they all seemed to be for the same issues. I think it was just a bad timing issue. Delayed shipments combined with unresponsive support attempts.

When my order didn't arrived on time, and I couldn't find a way to get into contact with a real human to follow up on it, I got an uneasy feeling in my stomach that I may have been scammed. So I did the only thing I knew how to do as a consumer and left a bad review here. I am thankful to say, I improperly assumed. My order did eventually show up, and more importantly I finally heard back from their customer support team. It turns out they were on holiday, so there was a valid reason for the delayed response. They also went out of their way to make up for the issues I experienced, which to me is the marker for a trustworthy company with good customer service. So I am updating my review to reflect my experience. I will be returning to grtsupply for future orders.

I give them a Hedz up from Hedz up on Hudson in Ohio for having Great products that you can trust the quality . I have never been disappoint after multiple orders with a great company . Five stars all the way !

There was a mistake made on my last order and the wrong item was shipped to me. Their Customer service contacted me very quickly and I received the correct item 2 days later. Everyone makes mistakes, not everyone fixes them like this.
