Shipped my order to the wrong address. Now resolved
Shipped my order to the wrong address.
Then said they can't send out a new one. But if I order two more items they will send one free to replace the one I didn't receive.
I said I want my original order without ordering more and they haven't replied.
Hopefully the reply and resolve so that I can leave a positive review. Its a simple mistake and easily resolved so lets wait and see
All sorted item arrived, address got mixed up with DPD.
Also customer service replied and sent screenshots of dpd tracking mix up.
Changed from 1 star to 4.
