Unprofessional liars
They are an insurance agent for AXA and the service from them has been appalling.
A claim was made in November 25 for damage to our vehicle. They gave lots of false information that the claim was going to be settled.
On 13th February, Adrian Ivars visited us at our home to apologise for the way things had been hand and gave us assurance that if we paid for the repair, we would be reimbursed within 15 days. We subsequently got the repair done on the 26th February and paid in full.
It is now 5th of May and Grupo Martí still haven’t paid us.
The lies we have been told by this company are unbelievable and they are a disgrace to be representing a company such as AXA.
I would avoid using these cowboys at all costs.
