Gruyre 

I ordered 5 dresses. I loved all of them except one but I am going to keep it because it is not convenient as to returns. All of the dresses that I purchased were beautiful, fit well and I cannot wait to wear them. The shipping time was a bit long - patience isn't one of my strong points but all in all the experience with Gruyre was good.

The dress is everything I expected and fit true to size.

The sizes are accurate which is very nice leaves out the guess work - the clothes are great quality and the designs are true to pictures love the products

Do not order from this company.
The product is not what is advertised, fits poorly, different fabrics than that is described. When I asked to return the product, it was requested that I send pictures of what I wanted to return. Then I was offered $30.00 to keep the product, for postage is high.

I ordered 2 tops used the sizing chart and went with a medium. Both shirts more like small with no give in material.
I had to wait over 1 month for delivery and now I am out $70. Can not return.
I learned my lesson. Never order from this company again.

Would get 5 stars if shipping was faster. It took awhile to receive and it came a week later than I needed it. But with that said, the dress is great. The material is light weight and there is no stretch in it. I have big boobs (34DD) and the M size is a bit tight (no stretch in the material) I am 5’5’ snd weigh 155 and the dress fits great even with the slight tightness. Good quality material and workmanship.

The shipping was too pricy. It drove the cost of the garment up. The quality of the dress was not great. It was not a good value for the price.

The dresses I ordered were true to their description and I used their size chart and glad I did. Great packaging and customer service. Will order again!

The order took over a month to arrive. The tops are cute. Three tops all extra large . Two fit great and the third too tight.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are thieves! I spent 83.97 on 2 dresses that are nothing like I ordered! The material is worse than cheap! I was told that I have to pay for my own shipping & all they can refund me is 10.00!! I'm so angry!! 😡😡😡😡

He was so happy and a breath of fresh air!!

Edit Update:
My experience is even worse. After two weeks of going back and forth with emails to Gruyre, requesting a refund of the full $78 I paid for two items plus expedited shipping--which arrived over 3 weeks after the affirmed date--I have now had someone from "customer service" offer me, first, a "refund" of $7! Then, when I refused that piddling, they offered a "refund" of $13. When I gave a full accounting--for the third time--of the full costs and why the items were not adequate, nor the "expedited shipping" worth the extra I paid for that--AND threatened to file a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General, the US Attorney General, and Facebook, which is running their ads--

I placed an order for a dress and a top. I planned to wear the dress for my daughter's college graduation, and placed my order over a month before we were to travel cross country for the event. The order didn't come in time. After the graduation, my daughter and I spent two weeks driving back cross-country. The order finally arrived a few days before we returned home.
When I opened it I found the following:
1) The dress and top were both FAR too big. I normally wear an L, but following the Gruyre measurement chart, I measured an XXXL. I assumed that this is an Asian based company, and these measurements have been accurate in the past, so I went with the larger size.
When I opened the dress, which in the photos looks fitted at the waist and flared beneath, I pulled out a huge, straight, sack!
The top was equally over-sized and did not look like it does on the model in the photo.

2) The fabric is awful. It's got a rubbery/plastic-ey coating and feels terrible on the skin.

I will not order from this company again.

DO NOT order from this company! Their clothes are very poor quality and don't fit properly, like different sleeve length and arm openings. The material is very flimsy. The company continues to avoid giving me an address to return the items for a refund. First offering me $19.00, then $30.00 out of my $97.15 order to just keep the clothes instead of accepting a return for a full refund!

Beautiful, unique items, excellent quality.

It took a little over a month to get my order, but I love everything and everything fits great!!!
