Great Dentists/Horrible Billing
The dentists are great, highly educated, and very professional; however, their billing person is rude and refused to submit all procedures to insurance (even though insurance is supposed to determine how much you pay for each item), resulting in $$$ difference between what they made me pay and what my insurance showed I should have paid at my last visit. Thy refused to work with insurance to fix the obvious discrepancy that was caused by them submitting only part of the bill to insurance or pay me back per my insurance rates - my insurance asked me to file a complaint about this because they are supposed to submit everything to the insurance and not make up procedure rates to charge the patient an arbitrary amount. The bill was even different from the estimate I got before the procedure... The billing/receptionist person, Audra Leckbee, was very rude about the whole situation when they were violating the insurance agreement (this is what my insurance company called it). I really like the dentists but will not go back there because of the billing practices and rudeness as I cannot support such treatment of patients.
