I purchased the "Xbox One/Series | Cyberpunk 2077, RDR 2, GTA 5 +23" listing from seller xbxseller on GGSEL.net for €5.46 (Order No. 36571226, dated July 1, 2026).
After payment, I received login credentials for a "shared" account with instructions to log in, click "Use another device," and send a screenshot back to the seller to get access activated. This alone felt sketchy, but I followed the instructions as directed.
After that, instead of getting my account access sorted, the seller started asking me to move the conversation off the platform — requesting my personal email, WhatsApp number, or Telegram. This is a massive red flag, since legitimate sellers have no reason to avoid the platform's own chat and support system. I did not comply, and unsurprisingly, the seller has completely stopped responding since then.
To make things worse, I tried reaching out to GGSEL's own support/help desk, and they have also gone silent — no follow-up, no resolution, nothing. The platform claims "the money has been reserved" and promises a refund if the seller doesn't process the order within 12 hours, but that clearly hasn't been honored either.
