Ordered phone during Christmas season, it took some time but it was properly delivered to Slovakia with great packaging. Phone is great recommended. Maybe communication may be faster but all requests were responded.

OPPO Find X9 Pro – Highly recommended

The phone arrived in Slovakia today in 17 days. Perfectly packaged and in good condition. I can highly recommend this store. I have had the phone for a short time but the first impression is amazing. Beautiful and high-quality workmanship.

AVOID GSHOPPER: Warranty is fake. Return package stuck in Shenzhen.

I am writing this to warn potential customers: Gshopper's "1-year warranty" is a trap.

My experience with the Order of OPPO Find X8 Ultra:
1. The Problem: After 4 months, my flagship phone developed a serious factory defect (vertical pink lines on the screen).
2. The Insult: Support first offered me a $15 discount to "keep" the broken device.
3. The Trap: I refused and sent the phone back to China for repair at my own expense.
4. The Ghosting: The package (CP297303784PL) arrived in Shenzhen almost a month ago. It is currently STUCK in Customs because Gshopper refuses to provide basic clearance documents.

I even provided them with the direct phone number to the customs agency holding the package (0755-26755971), but Gshopper support has simply stopped responding to my emails.

They are waiting for the package to be returned to me so they don't have to fix it.

DO NOT buy expensive electronics here. If you have a problem, you will be left alone. I am now forced to file a chargeback and report them to consumer rights organizations in China (SAMR).

• December 12, 2025, 11:40 AM (China Time): Enil sent a second email containing another status update.

• December 16, 2025, 11:54 AM (China Time): Enil sent a third email with another update.
• December 17, 2025, 5:02 PM (China Time): We emailed the customer a fourth status update. Customs clearance was complete, and the goods were expected to arrive at the Gshopper repair center within the next 2-3 days.
• Gshopper received the package containing the phone on December 22, 2025 (China Time).

• The phone was scheduled for inspection and repair on December 23, 2025 (China Time). Repair was estimated to take 2-3 business days.
• On December 31, 2025 (China time), after repairs were completed, the repaired smartphone was shipped to the customer.
• On January 8, 2026 (China time), an email was received from the user confirming receipt of the package and that the product repair was completed.

I ordered a Chinese cell phone in global version with express delivery. It did not came Express but the shop refunded me the express fee.
I have to give 5* because cell is in top condition, can be used in Europe and the delivery took 3 weeks which is in my opinion very good.
