This was the first service following installation by Graham of new boiler and other works, as ever Graham was prompt, efficient, tidy and thorough.

When our old boiler failed, we found Graham through the Vaillant approved installer web site. Graham was efficient, friendly and very tidy and completed the job more quickly than alternative suppliers.
We will use him for all of our future heating maintenance work.

Graham fitted a new Vaillant Ecotec exclusive boiler for us in the Spring along with their advanced app based control system and wireless Ambisense thermostats on every radiator. He also replaced a couple of radiators. The new system has now come into its own as the weather has got colder. Graham did a super job, and though the wireless stats were a bit unusual and new, he got everything sorted. Would very happily recommend, thank you!!

Graham, install new viessmann boiler for me been running for a week now no faults very quite compared with my old boiler, very pleasant chap nothing was to much bother would recommend to friends and family had other quotes for the work slightly cheaper but being in engineering myself graham came across as someone who knew what he was about, would not hesitate to use him again.

Graham has just completed a new gas boiler installation for me. It was a tricky undertaking due to the limited access. He did an excellent job and the quality of his work was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to get a proper zoned heating system in my house. Having researched thoroughly, I have decided on getting a Honeywell Evohome. I got a few quotes one of them was Graham. Graham came to the house and explained everything along with giving me various options with detailed information. Being a decent DIYer, I also looked at buying and installing it myself. The quote from Gram was very reasonable and I dropped the idea of doing it myself. He also offered me a boiler service as complementary which was done to a high standard.

The work was very clean and he answers all your questions with patience. I am a person who asks a lot of questions and quotes for various options and he answers all of them.

I got this done in September 2017, but writing this review now after making sure everything is still in order. Last month, there was one radiator which stopped working and Graham has been kind enough to come and sort it out even though it was not related to the work he has done earlier.

Our boiler was leaking and finished, Graham responded very quickly to estimate the replacement of the boiler, his price was the most competitive of the three estimates that I had. Boiler was replaced within one week, all work was carried out incredibly efficiently and clean and tidy on completion, I would recommend Graham to all as a very professional and trustworthy service, thankyou.

Graham fitted and configured the HoneyWell EvoHome controls for. After a few email discussing my requirements, Graham came to visit me at my property. He is extremely friendly and easy to speak to. He listened to everything I had to say and understood what I wanted to achieve. His quote was extremely reasonable and he did not try to misquote like many other installers had. He even bought a long a EvoHome Controller and actuator to test with.

On the day of the install, Graham arrived when he said he would. He was very professional and his work was extremely neat and tidy. There was no mess at all. He was very accommodating of my children, he did not mind them watching him work. He even got a conversation out of my daughter and she talks to no one she doesn't know.

After the install, he made sure I was happy with the system and knew how it worked before he left. I would definitely recommend Graham and will use him for any future work.

Graham has been servicing the boiler in my flat for me for years. The minimum fuss, the documentation sent directly by email, the prices very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone for any of the services he offers.

Excellent installation, punctual--polite and works in a very clean and tidy professional manner, I thoroughly recommend Graham, he wouldn't leave until he gave a full demonstration of the installation and I was happy.

Graham has been servicing the boiler in my rental flat and providing a Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate for me every year, for over ten years now, and we still haven't met! He is honest, reliable and gets on well with all of the tenants that have lived in my rental property. Over the years he has also fitted a new boiler for me, a new cooker and a new radiator.
