Ordered 2 wireless charging stations
Ordered 2 wireless charging station. At the day the package arrived I noticed they we're on offer for 25% cheaper. I asked them to refund the difference in price, in cash or a coupon. They didnt want to do any of that.
I explained I could also return the products and buy the discounted items, which would have disadvantages for both. The replied that they would check on this and not ship out the new order.
So I started the regular return proces in order to return the products, but received no reply on that (except for the auto confirmation). I also noticed that they say in their Terms and Conditions) they will not refund the initial shipping cost from the order with a full return. Ofcourse this mandatory for all webshops.
So my conclusion is that that dont care about customer satisfaction after the sale. They dont try to think along on a reasonable request, or make an offer of any kind. Instead, they bend the rules regarding return requests and return amounts.
The product seems of good quality, so thats 1 star there. I hope it wil keep that way, because after this review I dont expect any form of warranty, no matter what the rules say ;)

Excellent company
Made two separate purchases, a Moto Razr 60 Ultra Internal screen and frame and external screen. Both were shipped with 24 hours by UPS and took around 5 days to make it through customs to the UK. The parts were brand new and OEM, the price was cheaper than anywhere else. Would use again.

I would not recommend buying from…
I would not recommend buying from GSMnet. I ordered a keyboard from their website, but the product was not as advertised. Because of this, I requested a return within one day of receiving it. Their website clearly states a 30-Day Return Policy and says customers can send products back free of charge if they do not like them.
However, when I contacted them for the return, they told me that €9.99 would be deducted from my refund for return shipping, even though their own website says returns are free. This is misleading and unfair, especially because I relied on the information shown on their website before buying.

Selling product with delivery but not shipping it
On their website they sell product with shipment. After ordering it they cancel order because "we can't ship it because the product is to expensive". So they just freezed my money for a days...

Case for OnePlus 15, Techsuit, Carbon Shield Pro, Black
I bought a Techsuit Carbon Shield Pro (Black) case for my new OnePlus 15. It arrived on time as expected. Even though it's just a phone case, it was very well packed, sturdy enough that it won't get damaged even if someone presses on the package. The packaging was excellent. The case itself is very strong, exactly what I was looking for! I'm really happy with the purchase!

This company is in Romania, which is not indicated on their website. It looks like a Dutch company. I ordered a phone case for my Redmi Note 15: it didn't fit properly. I informed GSMnet and they just said that I could have ordered the wrong case. Returning was denied.

partial refund on damaged item
I Ordered pair of ceramic scissors which came damaged.
After sending a mail about it and asking for procedure I was refunded but only the item and not the shipping cost.
After pointing this out they replied that I requested refund and this is what they did.
I asked what procedure was and they decided to refund me, I would much rather get replacement then refund.
I don't have to pay for shipping of a damaged item!!
After writing last time to them with this argument I did not get reaction anymore!
