The support is confusing, but it does work.
Apparently, the website is run by two partners. If you need to rent a tool, make sure you place your order by 9 PM Bangladesh time (UTC+6), because the partner who’s supposed to handle things at night never responds. They do deliver what they promise, but if you run into any server-related issues, there’s no refund. They’re professionals and their server prices are about average compared to others—but lately, I’ve noticed they’re listing services on their site without being 100% sure those resources will actually be available. That means you might end up waiting for hours—and hoping someone else doesn’t grab your slot before you get access.
