I recently had an encounter with GSO…

I recently had an encounter with GSO Whitney ICAV (gsow-icav.com) based in Dublin, and it raised some concerns. Notably, there was a lack of any discernible track record or achievements in our research regarding this entity. Furthermore, they were attempting to sell pre-IPO shares without the necessary authorization. Given these circumstances, I would like to caution everyone to exercise caution and be vigilant when dealing with such organizations.
