This company runs the webshop stilla.dk, with which we have had a really bad experience.
My wife got a pair of boots for Christmas.
It turned out that the boots sent were size 40, while the item ordered was size 39, which is also clear from the order confirmation email. In addition, the boots have a strong smell and some of the leather is cut askew.
When we reached out to the company, they completely deny taking the boots back "because more than 14 days have passed".
That’s a fair policy to have, if it is because the customer changes his mind. But this is not the case, as the item received is not what was ordered, and that a fault has been found with the product.
We have now pointed out three times that this is a COMPLAINT, and not a "wish for a return", but they reply that they are "unfortunately unable to proceed, because of their company's return policy".
I can NOT in ANY way recommend doing business with this company.
