They stole over $500 from me and blamed a technical issue. I had to threaten arbitrations for them to even budge and then they want to short me $99. Stay away from this company. It is a scam and they will steal from you.
Edit: They clsoed my account and stole $420 from me. I will be filing arbitration to recoup the money owed to me. Stay away from this site.
Paid $360 on 9/7. They blocked my $500 redemption, said a “technical configuration issue” made the games invalid, refunded only $60, and kept the other $300 because I “used” the credits on games they now say weren’t running correctly. Internal appeal and legal notice both got the same answer: no redemption, no full refund. Don’t play here if you expect to cash out.
