I read the other reviews about problems. I received mine in a couple of days and couldn't be happier. I replaced my office chair with this item, what an awesome idea. An office chair of equal value would cost hundreds more than this one. I highly recommend it.
Ordered my chair weeks ago, haven’t received any info if it has even been shipped. Customer service are completely unresponsive. My brother ordered his chair via Amazon and received it in two days. Do not order directly from this supplier.
