I love everything about them
I don’t know where to begin. This brand is by far my number one go to place to find good quality, beautiful and unique clothes. It feels like going to your best friends that you trust with your life who has this amazing tip for you. When I was not sure about my size, the lovely lady from customer service recorded a video of her wearing two sizes so that I could check. They answer all my stupid questions on instagram, always being so nice and patient with me. They trust the quality of their clothes so much, they guarantee that their pieces last you a long time by helping you with questions on quality or care of garments. I don’t know where to begin but I am sure I will not end - because I found the brand that I will be following for life and that I am so grateful to have found. If you ever doubt whether to get anything from them, please try it once and you will understand why I am so excited. In this world of fast fashion, easy money making businesses, this brand is a breath of fresh air that makes you believe there are still genuine people out in the world. The best fashion brand and customer service
This is the best fashion brand. The designs, materials, quality, website, instagram page, delivery and of course - the customer service is a perfection, A+, amazing.
Recently I had an awesome experience with the customer service/support - I asked for the style advice and they were so nice and suggested style options and helped me out. They always reply on social media!
GUAJA is a staple in my wardrobe 🤍
I have ordered countless times for the past 3 years. I always receive compliments about GUAJA designs when I wear them! The designs makes me feel my best, because they are timeless, sustainable and just awesome.

Quick delivery to Denmark, amazing fit and quality
Less than 24h delivery to Denmark, costumer support replied quickly when I had some questions about the clothing, and most importantly the pieces I bought are gorgeous! Honestly, it's the first pants (Jagger model) I own that aren't too tight on the legs/butt or too loose on the waist, and that makes me feel like a million dollars (so it's worth the price). Wore them once and immediately got a few compliments! Clothes made in Portugal are just from another level, write that down gurlies :)

Poor Quality
The brand in general has cool pieces.
BUT GUAJA advertises with "high quality", but to be 100% honest, the quality of the tops is really poor.
After wearing my GUAJA top I bought once with a normal winter jacket, my top immediately had frictions.
This really shouldn't happen in this price segment.
I reported it to customer support and received a huge text saying that the fault was on my side and that I had worn the top with rough fabrics, which is really complete nonsense.
I am very disappointed and I am sure that the tops are produced very cheaply and are not sold according to the quality. More marketing than anything else.

First, is important that you understand that the delicacy of a certain fabric has nothing to do with quality. For example, a silk fabric is easily damaged, even though it's extremely high quality. We must handle the fabrics according to its fragility. The bodysuit you bought is a best seller. It's made from a lycra fiber, which means that if friction occurs with zippers, bags and so on, it will show in the fabric. Our customer support was extremely careful and asked you if had worn something that could cause the friction. We never accused you. We always strive for the best customer support and we truly wanted to help you.
Last, it's really sad for us, as an ethical family business to be accused of something like producing cheaply. Transparency is our moto since day 1, as all of our customers know. We are super proud to produce locally, in certified factories, that we love, support and truly want to help succeed. Our suppliers and partners are part of our community and we have daily contact with them to ensure quality and perfect fit. We are a portuguese brand, producing in our own country, which is known for its amazing crafting. I have ordered 2 pieces which were unfortunately too small but with great quality. I wish to return the items and have reported the returns via the website. The returns have been accepted. But i did not get the DHL waybill so i want to send it back myself but i cannot find the address on the website. I still have a couple of days. I think that the returnprocess should be easier than this. I send an email but no response. What can i do. This is not good i think

Best brand ever
My favorite brand ! I've been following them on instagram since last year and I placed my first order at the beginning of this year. I had many doubts about my size so I wrote them and I was really surprised by their customer service and help. They are really customer oriented, I felt that their goal is to really help me choose the best size and give the best advises. It was not like "check our size guide", but they literally found someone with my hight and approximately my measurements and they sent me a photo to give me an idea how it will looks on me ! I was really touched and this is how it works all the time, every order that I place, I can count on them always.
I passed like 10 orders those few last months and I'm really impressed by the quality of the clothes. They paid attention to every detail, the fabric is just from another world, feeling like the butter on my skin !
I really appreciate the hole concept, being sustainable and ethical, human oriented and believe in quality and not quantity. Slow and timeless fashion business owned by beautiful and amazing women, two sisters and their mother.

I can’t even explain how much I love this brand. I’ve been following the Instagram page since 2019 and I’ve always been wanting to buy. I am constantly travelling so it’s hard for me to shop online. I ordered my first pair of pants (the white jagger) and they are so beautiful ! So comfortable , fit like a glove and look impeccable.
