If I can give it zero stars....

If I can give it zero stars....

Bought the software in September 2025 and was using it for a few months. Every time there is any software updates by Microsoft or Ninjatrader, GAT would stop working unless you update your machine ID which requires Josue, the founder of the company, to update it on this side. Let's just say it was rarely prompt, sometimes it take days.

Fast forward to December 2025, Josue updated the software and his website. Sends a bulk email. Now, the new update GAT software is offered as one time sale in its current form a lump sum just like the previous version. There is nowhere it states once the software is updated, the previous software becomes obsolete. And this in fact the case.

My version which I bought four months earlier stopped working. I have tried contacting him. No response.

For 350 Euros, this is a scam.

Won't get support in a timely manner

Won't get support in a timely manner, the application has so many issues with it. Sometimes it decides to lock you out sometimes it doesnt, you put the correct parameters and then it does what ever it wants. This causes more headaches than it does solving them
