Very helpful and attentive service!

Really lazy. Despite repeated messages to find how to pay for the insurance, ignored.

They send frequent "we care" messages but don't really care, just automated emails! I don't know why they make it so difficult to pay for the insurance.

Huge thank you to Diego from Guardian Insurance MX for helping us get everything handled quickly before our move from California to Mexico. When you’re trying to coordinate cars, paperwork, dogs, border timing, and your entire life packed into SUVs… your brain starts sounding like a dial-up modem from 1998. 😅

Their team was patient, responsive, explained things clearly, and got us insured fast without making the process feel overwhelming. It honestly gave us a huge sense of relief right before crossing into Mexico.

If you’re planning a move or long drive into Mexico and want people who actually understand the process and don’t treat you like a policy number, I’d absolutely recommend them.

Diego was very patient and helpful with finding the best insurance option for my vehicle. The process was spread over several months because of changes to the order for my car. But with each change, Diego patiently updated the insurance quotes and explained why certain things had changed. Once things were finalized, he made the payment process quick and easy. He also answered my followup questions quickly and accurately. Overall another great experience with Diego and Guardian Insurance.
