I ordered the 6×2 ml discovery set as a gift and found that 3 out of the 6 perfumes had already been used when I opened it. And this despite the plastic seal still being intact– so they must have been used before packaging. €47 for 12 ml, with almost half of it already missing. that’s honestly outrageous. I can't return it, according to the return policy, that’s only possible for unused products anyway. Extremely disappointing.
My order was returned and Guerlain confirmed this and told me my money would be refunded within three days. This was on 18-9. I have paid with klarna and they still have not processed my return so now I am having trouble with klarna. This is going on for five weeks and I emailed three times asking them to remove my order at klarna. I emailed today too to Laura. Please solve this after 5 weeks and three emails.
